Cozy and modern apartment with mountain and Bellagio tip views, in the small and charming hamlet of Visgnola.

The apartment, on the ground floor of a building, opens onto the living area, an open space furnished with a dining table, a sofa, a TV and a fully-equipped kitchen. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a queen-size bed. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.

La Filanda is an old building dating back to the 1600s, a former friars' convent and then a Filanda; it has been carefully restored and, where possible, the charm of the past combined with the practicality of the modern has been maintained. It is a magical, unique place of great charm.

Lake Como offers some of the most striking urban, landscape and architectural gems of the entire Italian peninsula. Among these treasures stands Bellagio, "The pearl of the Lario", a village of just over 3000 inhabitants on the northern end of the Larian Triangle, in which the two branches of the Lake are divided.
Among the most fascinating aspects of this village there are undoubtedly its charming villas, famous all over the world for their splendor and their manicured gardens. To mention some of them, Villa Melzi boasts many works of art and 18 km of paths in its garden, and Villa Serbelloni, today a conference center of the Rockefeller Foundation, features a wonderful garden as well. The old town, with its numerous shops located along narrow streets with steps, passages and arcades, is renowned all over the world and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, you can visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the top of Monte San Primo, reachable with a dense network of paths and itineraries for lovers of trekking and nature. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como.

The apartment is a 1 hour and 30-minute drive from Orio al Serio Airport.
