Enjoy easy access to the nearby beach, which is just 400 metres away, and explore the villages and walking trails in the surrounding North Devon National Landscape.
As you enter the penthouse apartment, you''ll find yourself in the bright, neutral-toned open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with hints of blue throughout. To one side of the space is a sparkling white, contemporary âL''-shaped fitted kitchen unit. Adjacent is a circular dining table with chairs. In front of the wide, sliding glass patio doors is a sophisticated corner sofa and a coffee table. Along the hallway is a family bathroom plus three bedrooms - a king-size with an en-suite, a double with a Smart TV and patio doors leading to the balcony, and a twin zip-and-link with a Smart TV and a private balcony. Outside is a spacious rooftop terrace with a hot tub, furniture and sea views.
Take a look around the onsite facilities to find a swimming pool, a sauna, a gym and a games room which are shared with neighbouring properties. During your stay in the heart of Woolacombe, you could visit the cafe, spend an evening at one of the restaurants and browse the local shops (0.5 miles). Head to the sheltered Barricane Beach (400 metres) or hire a surfboard at Woolacombe Beach (0.5 miles). Wander along the coastal path, south to National Trust Baggy Point (4 miles) or north to National Trust Morte Point (1.5 miles).
