Welcome to this stylish apartment in the centre of Woolacombe, a stunning seaside resort on the North Devon coastline. This retreat is a perfect getaway for those seeking a peaceful and relaxing break, with the added luxury of your own hot tub. Surrounded by sandy beaches, coastal paths, cafes, and traditional pubs, this getaway is just what you need. The village of Woolacombe is full of charm, with a variety of shops, adventure parks, and museums, providing entertainment for the whole family. For the more active, the South West Coast Path is on your doorstep and offers stunning cliff top walks. Venture further afield to Exmoor National Park (15 miles) and explore the rugged moorland and valleys, or take a trip to Lynton and Lynmouth for more dramatic scenery and the funicular cliff top railway.
After parking in your allocated parking space take the lift to your beautiful fully furnished penthouse. The open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room oozes style with a lovely light and airy feel. Relax on the sumptuous sofas with the sea views or relax and watch a movie on the Smart TV after preparing some favourite recipes in the stylish modern kitchen, slide open the patio doors letting in the summer breeze. Walking through the apartment are 3 bedrooms a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a double bedroom with a Smart TV and patio doors leading onto the patio and a twin room which can be converted to a king on request, with a Smart TV and patio doors onto the private patio, completing this charming apartment is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC.
