Your Property
Truly relax in this unique and peacefully located villa. Situated high on a hill at the end of a private road with no nearby neighbors, yet not isolated. Enjoy spectacular views of the inland mountains towards Loulé and São Brás de Alportel. The villa features beautiful terraces spread over two levels and was recently renovated in 2024, including a heated pool with a new pool cover. Just 20 minutes to Faro Airport, 25 minutes to Tavira, and 2 hours to Seville in Spain or 2.5 hours to Lisbon. The stunning golf courses of Vale do Lobo, Vilamoura, and Almancil are 25 minutes away. The picturesque Loulé is 15 minutes away, and Fuseta with its beautiful islands and beaches is 30 minutes away. São Brás de Alportel, with all major supermarkets, is only 5 minutes away. The large Aquapark of Quarteira is 20 minutes away.

Guest Access
Full access to all areas. The first floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a private terrace. The ground floor includes a bathroom, a large open kitchen/dining room, a laundry room, and a living room with various accesses to the beautiful terraces. The lower ground floor has two bedrooms overlooking the beautiful pool, one bathroom, a fitness area, with ping pong and darts.

The villa is situated on a large private property enclosed by an electronic gate. The garden lighting with beautiful palm trees is stunning.

We had a fantastic time at this property. We were impressed not only with the property itself but the clear and consistent communication with the property owner and managing agent who greeting us upon checkin to explain the key things we needed to know. The view of the house is breath taking, allowing for full relaxation. The house itself has everything you need and looks just like the photos. It has only just been renovated so has the new house vibes but still in the touch with the Portuguese style. The house is a short drive to Sao Bras so has some good restaurant options and you can also walk down to Corotelo where there is a small cafe/bar where the locals are very friendly & speak both English & Portuguese. The house is also a quick 15min drive to Loule and to the closest beaches so everything you need is really not far. Highly recommended home and we would be keen to stay there again the next time we are in the area.

This area in the sunny and quiet Algarve is situated only 20 minutes from Faro Airport has a stunning view in the mountains and is near to all the nice places of the East Algarve where the sun shines 300 days a year

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our villa has been renovated totally in 2024 and is very tastefully furnished, have al amenities to make your stay comfortable to the max.
All bedrooms have high quality boxsprings and 4 are kingsize (180x210) and 2 single bosprings (90x210)
The kitchen is fully equiped and you can also make use of the wasmachine and dryer.
The big swimmingpool has a cover and in winter it can be heated. The gym is very complete to do your excercises every day, together with the pingpong table and darts, you will enjoy yourself all day.
