Villa Jesuina is a luxurious well decorated and fully equipped modern villa surrounded by nature.

This is a lovely 4 bedrooms villa with fireplace, Jacuzzi, private outdoor heated swimming-pool, barbeque and private putting green. It has two bedrooms en suite downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs served by a common bathroom with Jacuzzi. There’s air-conditioning in all the bedrooms.

Villa Jesuina entrance hall is followed by a lounge/ dinning room separated from the terrace and the pool area by two sliding doors. This villa has a fully modern well fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven and microwave, coffee machine, cooking utensils, toaster, and blender, iron and iron board.

It’s pleasant barbeque area with deckchairs, sunshades and snooker table offers plenty of outdoor entertaining space alongside the private heated swimming-pool.

To enjoy your holidays in its very best, villa Jesuina has English channels, internet access, WIFI inside the villa and outside (garden).

Great house with super facilities

Communication was smooth with Lucia. House was clean when we arrived + cleaning team came during the week (great +). Crazy facilities like private tennis court, 2 holes to play golf, ping pong, nice pool, snooker table, barbecue…

Great for sport, play and fun

We loved the tennis court, table tennis, swimming and pool table and spent a lot of time playing the games. The tennis court is very good. There were tethered dogs in the property next door that were quiet during the day but barked at night however because we were just 2 people we chose the bedroom where you couldn't hear them. It was really great to have bedding changed and fresh towels during the stay. Would choose this property again. So much fun to be had.

Lovely villa with excellent facilities. Ideal for families as the garden and games on offer were above the average. Well maintained and managed. One disappointment was no food or day to day items made available.

The petfect family holiday

This villa was fabulous for a large family getaway. The bedrooms are massive! The kitchen is massive and has table and chairs in also. The grounds are stunning and kept beautiful maintained. The pool needs a little TLC but certainly didnt affect the fun we had! The villa hosts / contacts were super efficient and so friendly. Would certainly recommend!

Amazing Villa!

Thsi villa is just amazing and Lucia was very firendly and very helpful. The villa was immaculate, the garden was huge and absolutely pristine and very well kept. The pool was very nice and kept clean. The bed linen and towels were changed very regulary which was a nice touch. we had a small issue with one of the air con units in the bedroom - I reported it to Lucia and within a few hours they had visited and replaced the entire air con system in that bedroom - first class service. This is a gem of a villa and we would definetly stay here again.

Couldn’t be better!

Our stay exceeded our expectations! The pictures don’t even do the house justice - even better in real life! The garden is stunning - facilities are great with pool, table tennis, putting green, pool table, tennis court and built-in bbq. Service of the owner was impeccable - very responsive and super nice. House was cleaned often - not much more we could have asked for!!! Location of the house also great - close to town of almancil (could even walk), and quiet neighborhood- no noise of highway or railway.

The property was excellent and very well appointed . Plenty to occupy all ages with the pool table , tennis and table tennis proving popular . The swimming pool was excellent. The gardens were immaculate . The Villa interior was very well appointed. One recommendation would be for more seating in the lounge - another comfy chair wouldn’t go amiss.

Great house close to nice beaches

Hemos disfrutado muchísimo de esta gran casa. El anuncio responde perfectamente a lo que es la casa. Es perfecta para un par de familias o, en general, para un grupo de 6-8 personas que viajen juntas pero requieran su espacio o baños separados. Está a las afueras de Amancil, relativamente cerca de playas estupendas como Quinta do Lago, Almargem, Loule Velho. Cerca de la casa hay comercio, supermercados y algunos restaurantes. El pueblo no es ni bonito ni feo, pero suficiente para los servicios necesarios Normalmente es necesario el uso del coche, pero distancias cortas. La casa tiene tantos atractivos que da pena ir a la playa. Está bien equipada y todo funciona bien. Yo recomendaría al propietario habilitar una zona de sombra más generosa para desayunos, comidas cenas. Hay un bonito cenador en una buena zona de sombra, pero está ocupado por una mesa de billar. Las atenciones antes y durante la estancia han sido correctas y siempre respondiendo rápido a dudas o necesidades. Como en otros comentarios, algunos muebles del interior o duchas de los baños requieren una revisión, después de muchos años de servicio. Echamos de menos alguna bandeja para llevar cosas desde la cocina a comedor o terraza exterior

family holiday

We were a group of 7 adults, parents plus 3 adult children and 2 partners. This villa is exactly as shown in the advert. It has lots to amuse guests, we particularly enjoyed table tennis and pool tournaments, as not everyone is a sun worshiper, and we relaxed at home there most days. Almancil is a quiet area, perhaps too quiet for some, but it suited us fine. Ubers were plentiful and cheap for excursions further afield for water sports, vineyards tours, restaurants etc. There are plenty of nice restaurants within 5 km or so. We really enjoyed our stay in the Villa. The pool and house were spotless, and both were cleaned once during our week stay. While the house is somewhat dated, it has everything 8 adults could need, including a well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, pool towels etc We really enjoyed our week here, and were all sorry to be leaving.

Exactly as expected form the website details. The outside space was perfect for us.... lots of sporting activites to keep the guys busy and having fun. The villa inside is a little 'tired' but still clean, tidy and funcional. Host Lucia was very good and always quick to respond to any questions. WE all thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. Already started looking for villas for 2023 !

Amazing gardens

Location was ideal as a base to explore many areas of the Algarve. Local bars/restaurants within an easy walk..Particularly if using the gate behind the tennis courts! Didn’t find this out until later in to our holiday. Property is in need of some simple repairs and/or updates, but as we only used limited parts of the accommodation this was not an issue for us on our holiday, but could have been for a group that needed to use all 4 bedrooms and in particular the loose shower controls in the main bathroom. Pool and gardens where amazing, didn’t use the tennis court as it was far to hot 🥵! Lucia as a rep was welcoming and easy to get hold of for any enquiries that we had.

Would not recommend

The villa is accurately described. On arrival we were asked if the agent could visit & she asked for a cash deposit which we thought was unusual; the contract already gives the right to debit for damage, so why was cash needed (we didn't hand over). We are a really normal family & have rented villas for over 20 years, fully respecting the property of others & have never been charged against a deposit. In this case, we were charged the full deposit without any way to contest. The outdoor furniture it tired through wear & tear - stained and old sun chairs, dangerous umbrella and a pool cover that is well worn with fault lines that we have photos of & have documented. The owners ask guests to cover the pool every night, we did diligently and carefully, but on the last night one of those fault lines must have torn. We left the next morning, we didn't even get the chance to report this back, before we arrived at the airport we were told "you ripped the cover" & deposit deducted, no discussion. Not a great experience and I wouldn't recommend, the outdoor furniture will break in current condition, guests should not pay for wear and tear. My advice is get a villa in Val do Lobo with a higher spec for the same price & enjoy being next to the sea; avoid this experience, holidays are too precious.

Excellent facilities and comfort for a luxury family holiday

Best villa we have stayed in over many Algarve holidays. Brilliant pool, warm all the time and good size. Lovely tennis court, table tennis, pool and putting are all great so handy and great fun for bigger groups. The garden is exceptional, beautiful plants and well maintained.... interesting birds visit! Plenty space to eat and sit outdoors. Very handy location for local supermarket and cafe. Easy drive down to the beach and restaurants. Accommodation comfortable, well equipped and spacious kitchen , very open and airy rooms, cool on a hot day and air conditioning in bedrooms. We would come back here very happily!

A happy return

We had a very enjoyable holiday. It is a perfect property for a large family reunion. There are plenty of activities for adults and children alike all provided on site. The gardens are absolutely beautiful and the house is spacious and spotlessly clean and well equipped. For visits to beaches and Faro, we found uber cars reliable and not too expensive. I would definitely recommend this villa for a relaxed family holiday

Tolles, sehr großes Haus, besonders großer, gut geheizter Pool.

Tolles, grosses Haus. Fantastischer geheizter Pool. Kleinigkeiten könnten erneuert werden (Tischtennisschläger, Tennisbälle, Billardqeue, Polsterauflagen für Gartenmöbel wären passend gewesen ). Lucia war sehr hilfsbereitund hat meist rasch geholfen (z. B. Türschlossdefekt). Wlan leider nur zu 50% der Zeit funktionsfähig trotz Routerwechsel). Bequeme Betten, sehr gepflegter Garten, sehr sauberes Haus) Schöner Urlaub!

A lovely stay at a gorgeous villa

We stayed at this villa in Sept 2019 and I have to say our party of 7 adults ranging from 26 to 84 couldn’t have enjoyed ourselves more. The villa and facilities are fantastic and we would definitely stay there again. Thank you Gregorio and Lucia for a fantastic holiday.

Had a great week (but 4 stars not 5)

We were looking for a bit of late summer sun, not too far from home (UK) and the Algarve fitted the bill. So, the good: - faultlessly clean - very spacious (sleeps 8 comfortably but easily room for a cot or blow up bed in every bedroom as well as the large sitting room etc), - Well stocked kitchen, plenty of bathrooms - immaculate, nicely laid out garden and grounds (complete with pitch and putt!) - large, warm pool with plenty of sun loungers - tennis court - table tennis and pool tables - secure parking for several cars with remote controlled entrance gates - washing machine, d/washer, iron, TV etc. etc - air con in bedrooms and sitting room (although in mid September we hardly needed it). The not so good: - location; Almancil is a bit of a dump. Don’t expect great restaurants, happening nightclubs or pretty cobbled streets with shops selling local handicrafts. Instead use the villa as a base (see on). You definitely need a car to get to places. - Road and rail noise. We SPECIFICALLY asked the agent, Lucia, if there was any traffic noise because it looked like there was a main road nearby on Google Maps (N125). The reply we got was, “It’s a really quiet place, it’s a piece of heaven, you don‘t hear any noise except the birds. And this is really true. ” Er, totally NOT true, or she’s never been there. Either way, background road noise is constant, especially if the wind’s blowing in the right/wrong direction. (And we won’t mention the train which runs past about three or four times a day!). However, did it spoil our holiday? Not really, it was just an annoyance from time to time. - some of the fixtures and fittings are a bit tired, e.g. shower head in the upstairs bathroom is just a hand held shower up on a holder, getting out of same shower tray (it’s actually an enormous bath) is frankly hazardous, the fridge/freezer is too small for a house this size (and the freezer door doesn’t close properly) but these are minor gripes. Generally it’s perfectly ok though not the ‘luxury’ that was billed. - Finally, can’t finish without mentioning the WI-FI which was lamentably slow. Make sure you’ve got a large 4G allowance (good signal) for anything other than email. So, overall, 4 stars - nice, large, comfortable house with great outdoor facilities but misses the 5th star due to the location, traffic/rail noise and the fact that is is not luxury accommodation, but then I guess it’s not priced as such.
