Spacious apartment on the 5th floor, ideal for large families or groups, with large terraces offering mountain views, elevator, and ample parking areas.
Located in a recently renovated building, the apartment features two large bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, spacious living room, and terraces. You can access the apartment directly from the elevator to a large entrance hall that opens into the various rooms. On the right, there is the well-equipped kitchen with a table and bench, electric stove and oven, washing machine, and refrigerator, which also leads to a small terrace overlooking the green and fresh area. Further ahead on the right, you enter the sleeping area, consisting of two bedrooms and a bathroom; one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds; both bedrooms have access to a small terrace overlooking Barzio. The bathroom has a bathtub with a showerhead. From the entrance hall, you can also access the large living room, with a big table, two sofas that can be converted into sofa beds if needed, a fireplace, and a large terrace with a fantastic view of Valsassina and the Grigne mountain range.
The apartment is equipped with electric shutters, an electric sunshade, and mountain-style furnishings.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Hot water is provided by an 80-liter electric boiler. Apartment heating is centralized and follows this schedule:


From October 20 to November 30 and from April 1 to May 1: weekends only (on from Friday evening to Monday morning);


From December 1 to March 31: available every day;


From April 17 to May 1, 2025, heating will exceptionally be on every day.
