Villa Cartolina by Villas Guide

Villa Cartolina is located in the countryside of inland Istria, in the immediate vicinity of the small town of Buje. This enchanting Istrian villa is completely secluded and offers a panoramic view of the surrounding landscape. It will provide you with maximum privacy and a peaceful vacation with family or friends. It is designed for a comfortable stay of 4 people.



The interior of the villa is 90 m². On the ground floor you will find an area for cooking, relaxing and dining. A bright and pleasant living room with TV and access to the terrace in one room and a kitchen with dining room in the other. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for easy meal preparation, as well as a large refrigerator for food storage. In addition to the indoor dining area, there is also an outdoor dining area on a covered terrace. The interior of the villa is decorated with natural materials such as stone and wood, showing its traditional and ancient side.



The villa has 2 bedrooms with double beds located on the 1st floor. On the 1st floor there is also a shared bathroom with a shower cabin. Another bathroom is on the ground floor.



And now - the exterior. The outdoor terrace is oriented so that you can enjoy the undisturbed view of the landscape. Several lounging areas, an outdoor dining area, a sundeck and a swimming pool - you won't miss anything and there will be plenty of places to admire the view. If you want to barbecue, there is a wood-fired grill in the garden.



In the immediate vicinity of the villa there are several picturesque Istrian towns that you should not miss to visit. Grožnjan, Buje, Brtonigla, but also the coastal towns of Umag and Novigrad are all waiting for you.
