Vacation apartment in Puglia in the Brindisi area, in Latiano, on the 1st floor of the Il Sole complex with shared pool and barbecue.
The apartment sleeps up to 6 and is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, wi-fi internet, electric oven, TV, microwave, hair dryer, mosquito nets, parking space and outdoor shower.

The
apartment is located on the second floor and is introduced by a veranda
shared with the other solution offered by the complex Il Sole.
The house consists of: living room with open kitchen and 1 sofa bed of 120 cm, hallway with air conditioning, 1 double bedroom, 1 triple bedroom with single bed + bunk bed, 2 full bathrooms, one with shower box and one with bathtub.
The vacation complex Il Sole consists of two apartments independent of each other, sharing thepool area equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds for solarium, barbecue and coffee machine.

Apartment
A is one of the two apartments with swimming pool that make up the Il
Sole complex for vacations in Puglia, in Latiano, a town in the province
of Brindisi halfway between Brindisi and Taranto, Upper Salento and the
Valle d`Itria.
An ideal starting point to discover all the most
beautiful areas of Puglia, reachable in a few minutes. All the main
services are present in Latiano. . 
 
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Shared pool available from June to September .
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the corridor.
- Shared barbecue and veranda with another apartment.
