Villa Sea View - 2 minutes walk to the beach

Our family Villa Sea View was completed in June 2024 and represents a piece of modern luxury on the Dalmatian coast. The villa is located in a peaceful and quiet area with a sea view. The beach is a 2-minute walk away and there are shops and excellent restaurants within a 3-4 minute walk. A large parking lot, a covered outdoor terrace with seating furniture and an inviting swimming pool have all the facilities that allow you to enjoy your vacation with your family.

Tastefully furnished with modern & luxury design and fully air-conditioned to provide a cool atmosphere even in the height of the summer months.

Villa is comfortable for 9 persons in 4 double bed rooms and one single room. Each room is equipped with wardrobe, towels, sheets, tv and they have own air condition.

The villa consists of a ground floor and a first floor, and the schedule is as follows:

GROUND FLOOR:
Kitchen with dining room
Living room
Room No. 1: double bed
Bathroom No. 1: shower, washing machine and toilet.

UPPER FLOOR:
Room No. 2: double bed with en suite bathroom No. 2 with shower and toilet
Room No. 3: double bed with en suite bathroom No. 3 with shower and toilet
Room No. 4: double bed with en suite bathroom No. 4 with shower and toilet
Room No. 5: single bed

With large glass walls living room is connected with outdoor dinning terrace with BBQ and swimming pool area.

Groups under the age of 25 must let us know BEFORE completing the reservation in order for the reservation to be considered valid.

Strict adherence to the rules when there must be silence without loud music in the period from 23:00 - 08:00.

Smoking is only allowed outside the villa.
