The apartment is elegantly furnished with contemporary furniture and décor, and includes WIFI Internet access.
The living space includes an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area that opens onto a front gallery, providing ample natural light and a feeling of spaciousness. Perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing with a glass of wine in the evenings on the private balcony overlooking the bay and the Mediterranean Sea.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with a sink, gas cooker and oven, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, toaster, utensils, dinnerware, and cookware, ensuring all your necessities are covered during your stay.
The apartment features a main bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hand wash basin.
It includes two double bedrooms both equipped with an air conditioner. The first bedroom has a king-size bed measuring 160cm by 190cm and which also leads to a rear gallery suitable for drying clothes. The second bedroom has a double bed measuring 140cm by 190cm, a ceiling fan, and access to an additional bathroom.
Bedding essentials such as sheets, pillows, quilts, blankets, bath and beach towels are provided. Other amenities include an ironing board, iron, hairdryer, and Full HD TV (no stations). Guests are welcome to bring a smart device and connect it via HDMI.
The property has a holiday premises license with the number HPI10317.
Other things to note:
1. NO elevator access (there is an elevated ground floor and the apartment is on the 2nd floor).
2. The property is equipped with a card meter, providing enough credit to meet guests' needs during their stay. This system helps prevent waste and ensures the air conditioner is not left on when not in use. If guests exhaust their credits, they have the option to purchase an additional card.
3. The property is equipped with two air conditioners installed in both bedrooms.
4. Beach essentials include one beach towel per guest and a beach umbrella. Please note that Beach blanket and Snorkeling equipment are not included.
5. The apartment is furnished with a Fire Blanket, Fire Extinguisher, and Smoke Detector to prioritize safety.
6. Eco-contribution is a fee applied in Malta to reduce the environmental impact and create awareness of responsible tourism. It is payable by all tourists who are 18 years or older irrespective of nationality (including locals).
It is chargeable at the rate of âŹ0.50 per person per night, subject to a maximum of âŹ5 per person per visit. This is collected onsite in cash.
7. The bus stop is conveniently located just a minute away from the apartment, right outside the main entrance of the building. The bus service is quite frequent, with buses passing every 45 minutes in summer and every hour in winter.
