Apartment with an exceptional sea view (Flat 6)

This 3 bedroom apartment is simple but nicely furnished. It comprises a combined living/dining and kitchenette, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. (Maximum sleeping capacity 6) It has a pleasant front terrace enjoying beautiful views of Mellieha church and Ghadira Bay. Ideally located, 5 minutes drive to the most popular beach of Malta and close to shops and bus stops. This is a very spacious and comfortable apartment which includes a washing machine, coin operated Air conditioning units in bedrooms, fans & cable TV. Windows have fly screens. We own more than 2 apartments, so feel free to email me and ask for alternative accommodation, should you find the dates you require unavailable. Great location, beautiful view, spacious apartment

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was close to the restaurants and had a beautiful view of the bay and on to Gozo, and of the sunsets. The apartments were in a quiet location and Mellieha was a perfect base for us to enjoy Malta without the crazy crowds of Sliema

Stephanie was an amazing host! The check-in/check-out process went super smooth, since she lives just across from the apartment. She was also very welcoming and accommodating towards our family.The pictures don't lie - the view is superb, and we've enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine just to soak it all in. The apartment had everything we needed, and we had a great stay in Mellieha overall!

The apartment is spacious and well located. Many attractions can be easily reached by car, and there is plenty of parking available. The view is phenomenal. It is fully equipped and offers everything you need, although some of the furniture is a bit dated. It’s a bit unusual that the air conditioning operates via a separate coin machine, and we were told right at the beginning to be very quiet. The apartment is quite noisy and you can easily hear sounds from the neighbors. Because of this, it’s only partly suitable for families with small children, as the neighbors tend to react sensitively to noise.

Thank you for your feedback and your kind remarks about the apartment’s spaciousness, location, and view. I would like to clarify that, since eight guests (4 adults and 4 children) were sharing the apartment, I kindly asked for consideration of other guests by keeping noise levels to a minimum. The main concern was that the four children were running up and down the corridor early in the mornings around 7:30, which disturbed the guests in the apartment below. The apartment itself is not inherently noisy; rather, it was the loud banging noise coming from your apartment that impacted others. After discussing this with you, the noise level did improve. We appreciate your understanding as we work to maintain a comfortable environment for everyone.

Fantastic View. Spacious, with everything you could possibly need.

A really nice apartment, clean and spacious with an excellent view of Mellieha Bay. We loved eating breakfast on the balcony and ending the day looking out on the night time view. Stephanie is a brilliant host. She met us on arrival, (even though it was 11 o'clock at night) provided complimentary tea coffee bread etc, and gave us a brief introduction the apartment. The apartment is really well kitted out, right down to pegs for the clothes airer and information regarding local police etc. We would very happily book it again.

Absolutely perfect!

The flat was beautiful, in a perfect location and very affordable. The flat was clean and vey well maintained. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. There were no surprises and everything was as expected. The view was phenomenal. It is close to bus transportation, which you will definitely need, unless you are brave enough to drive while vacationing in Malta. The best beach on the island is only a 5 minute bus ride away. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance of the flat. The owner is also very nearby in case you should need her for anything.

Lovely apartment with beautiful views

We stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks and had a fantastic time. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It is well located, a short walk from the beautiful old village and not too far from the beach. We hired a car and visited lots of places easily from here. There seemed to be a good bus service though and lots of people using it. Very handy for the ferry to Gozo. The view is stunning. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony every day for breakfast and again in the evening to watch the sunset and the beautiful lights on the church. Stephanie was very welcoming and friendly. We loved Malta and hope to come back again. We would recommend this apartment and area of Malta to anyone.

Super séjour

La vue de cet appartement est tout simplement à couper le souffle. Il n'y manque de rien. Les chambres sont plus que spacieuses. La cuisine est bien équipé et le salon confortable. Il est agréable de prendre un vers de vin avec cette vue à couper le souffle sur la cathédrale. Merci à Stéphanie de nous avoir permis d'arriver plus tôt que prévue. C'est un endroit magnifique à proximité des toutes les attractions et des l'arrets d'autobus.

Idéal.

Le grand appartement proposé par Stéphanie est idéalement placé : dans les hauteurs de Mellieha au calme sans toutefois être très loin des boutiques et arrêts de bus ( 5 min à pied). L'appartement est impeccable, la vue de la terrasse est magnifique. Il y a 3 grandes chambres, deux salles de bain et un grand salon salle à manger + la cuisine. Très bien équipé, il y avait même des petites attentions dans le frigo pour nous éviter de faire des courses en arrivant. Super!!!

Vacances très réussies ! Les propriétaires sont discrets mais soucieux du bien être de leur locataires. L'appartement est très fonctionnel, spacieux et calme. L'emplacement est idéal pour aller en ville, avoir accès aux bus, faire ses courses au supermarché. La vue du balcon est magnifique. Une location à recommander sans hésitation.

L'appartement est très spacieux, propre, bien placé pour l'accès à la ville à pieds en 10 mn et pour la plage 10 mn en voiture. Le balcon offre une belle vue sur la baie et l'église. Tout le confort ménager est disponible. Merci à Stéphanie pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et son sourire. Je recommande cette location. Seul mon language d'anglais scolaire était une barrière pour discuter de la vie locale avec notre propriétaire, dommage... Claude

Large apartment, great location, lovely host: excellent value for money

Stephanie was a fantastic host and went out of her way to ensure I had a great stay in Mellieha. The apartment is really big with a balcony overlooking the church and village, and with a beautiful view of the sunset over the sea. I didn’t use the oven and hob, but there is ample cooking space, a large fridge and dining table as well as dining space outside on the balcony, so good for self catering. There are also a couple of supermarkets in walking distance. Stephanie was very quick to answer all of my questions, giving me tips on the local area, allowing me to store my luggage and even changing the bedding due to some initial feedback. The apartment is in a quiet area, so sleeping with the windows open isn’t an issue in terms of noise from outside. The decor and bathroom etc. are basic but that wasn’t a problem for me - the size, location, lovely host and great price more than made up for this. I’d recommend the apartment and would happily stay again. Thanks!

A great Holiday

Everything was good except for some few things which I believe Stephenie can improve upon. For instance, the bed and the bedspreads, the toilets flushing system and the towels. She has a lovely personality and gave us a warm welcome.

I've lived in Mellieha since the age of 6 and would not change it for any other locality. It's a beautiful town with something for everyone......breathtaking views, shops, hotels,restaurants, churches, beaches, countryside, bays, band clubs, horse riding, water sports, ferry service to Gozo & Comino, Popeye Village Film Set but most of all wonderful, friendly people. My father started off the rental business in the late 60's and here I am today carrying on what he started. I love my job!

The property was developed by my father in the late 70's. The apartments are built on a cliff facing the centre of the town and the main road can easily be reached on foot within 10 minutes max.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

One can sit in the balcony and enjoy watching couples entering & leaving the Sanctuary of Our Lady for their wedding ceremony, children playing on the swings, beautiful fireworks display during the village feast and fireworks being set off from the sister Island of Gozo. The best view, in my opinion, is watching the stunning and splendid view of the sun setting every evening.
