The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking delicious meals that can be enjoyed in the dining room located under the covered terrace, next to a second living space made of woven fibers, in the soft Caribbean breeze.

On the expansive teak terrace, get relaxed in the beautiful tiled heated swimming pool or in the jacuzzi, surrounded by sun loungers for sunbathing sessions in the Caribbean. The view over the sparkling ocean and the bay of Petit-Cul-de-Sac is spectacular, while you are walking to the sea at the end of a private path through the immaculate lawn. To enjoy the sea breezes, a well-equipped outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and a second dining room are at your disposal for delicious moments, facing the ocean and the sumptuous sunsets.

All bedrooms offer a beautiful view over the ocean or the tropical garden, and have an en-suite bathroom. For sport lovers, there is a large fully-equipped fitness room and a petanque ground. You can also enjoy one of Domaine du Levant's two private tennis courts.

Other Things to Note:

1. Laundry : In most villas the maid will assist, for a fee. Please inquire in advance. Our agency accepts no liability in the event of damage, as this is not a professional laundry.

2. On arrival, the Agency will take the details of the Tenant’s credit card to cover any damage that may occur during his stay in the property.

3. Unless stated otherwise in villa's details, daily housekeeping (excepts on Sundays and Public holidays) is included in the rental rate.

4. The housekeeping does not include cleaning of personal belongings, which is on request, and paying.

5. Towels changed every two days

6. Beach towels changed every three days

7. Bed linen changed every three days

8. We recommend that the Tenant undertakes to take his/her own insurance covering the risks relating to his/her trip and his/her stay (cancellation of flight, lateness, loss of luggage,etc
