Located in one of the best neighborhoods in Athens, this adorable apartment is situated ideally for active tourists wanting to explore this city with so much to offer. The apartment has been thoughtfully equipped to facilitate a comfortable stay.
The Space:
Beautifully decorated, the modern apartment in a lovely building maximizes space and convenience for up to four guests. There is one bedroom with a double/queen bed and a fold-out sofa bed for additional sleeping accommodations. The kitchen, living, and dining rooms combine into one open space for convenience with doors leading directly to the balcony.

This modern, fully-equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals and includes the following items for guests' convenience:
- Five stainless steel pots and pans of various sizes
- One frying pan
- Two stainless steel baking oven trays
- One weight scale for measuring food
- One serving glass tray
- Three cutting board surfaces
- Twelve small and twelve large plates, including six soup and si cereal plates
- Twelve water glasses; six wine glasses, six whiskey glasses; six mugs; six espresso cups
- One 24-piece set of cutlery and four additional knifes
- Two salad bowls
- Pasta drainer pasta
- Wine opener (corkscrew)
- One cheese grater and one lemon squeezer

A spare guest bed in the form of a comfortable sofa bed with a trundle sliding out also has an orthopedic mattress

neighborhood in central Athens, guests here are centrally located to all that Athens and surrounding areas have to offer. Kolonaki is one of the oldest districts of Athens, built on the southern slopes of Lycabettus Hill.
This area is known for its great museums and galleries minutes from the apartment, including the Benaki Museum, Goulandris Museum of Cycladic Art and the Byzantine Museum.
If you become tired of museums, you can enjoy exploring the many boutiques and high-end shops in the neighborhood. Be sure to stop at Kolonaki Square where you will find numerous charming cafes and restaurants along the pedestrian streets. At night, the area comes alive as a lively spot for bars, tavernas, and restaurants.

- Two minutes away from Kolonaki Square
- Five minutes from Evangelismos metro station
- Ten minutes from Syntagma Square and Syntagma metro station
- Fifteen minutes from Panathenaic Stadium (the only stadium in the world built entirely of marble. It is the last venue where the Olympic flame handover ceremony to the host nation takes place. )
- Fifteen minutes from the Lycabettus funicular 35-45 minutes from the Herodion theater, Acropolis Museum, Acropolis Hill, Thission, Plaka, Monastiraki, Psirri, Zappeion
- Hall and National Gardens of Athens.
- There is a large General Hospital a few minutes from the apartment.
- From Syntagma square you can take the metro to go to Kifissia (15 min away), or to Piraeus port (15 min away) or you take the tram to go to Glyfada (1hour away).
Herodion theater is an ancient theater where, today, 6000 people can attend the Athens Art Festival, musical concerts and classical tragedies under the night sky with a marvelous acoustic experience.
Acropolis Museum is an archaeological museum built to house the artifacts found on the surrounding slopes from the Greek Bronze Age to Roman and Byzantine Greece.
Acropolis Hill is an ancient citadel housing the remains of several ancient buildings, including the Parthenon.
Plaka is the oldest district in Athens built near the Acropolis with pedestrian streets full of cafes and tavernas.
Monastiraki is a very old neighborhood in Athens known for its flea market.
Thission is a historical place, a very nice neighborhood with a broad pedestrian street.
Zappeion Hall is located in the National Gardens of Athens. There are more than 70 neoclassical sculptures and fountains. You'll find nice cafes and restaurants nearby.
Kifissia, like Kolonaki, is a wealthy neighborhood and known for excellent restaurants and bars and upscale shopping.
