The open-plan living area invites you to settle in with a 55" Sky Glass Smart TV offering Sky Cable, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. Draw the blackout curtains when itâs time to rest or enjoy the east-facing balcony for a dose of fresh air. With its soothing palette and natural light, the space feels ideal for both short stays and longer visits.

In the fully equipped kitchen, prepare meals using the stove, oven, and espresso coffee maker. A refrigerator, freezer, and cooking basics make it easy to feel at home, while the six-seater dining table doubles as a comfortable workspace. This property is located in Manchesterâs city centre district of Ancoats. You can be Manchesterâs central bar and retail district within a 15-minute walking distance. There is a public car park located across the road from the building - charges may apply. New Islington Metrolink Station is also located across the road - you are only 1 stop away from Piccadilly Station.

Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. If the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the 2nd floor to access the apartment. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours.
