Summary:
We are excited to welcome you to Scandinavian, a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located in Manchester City Centre's iconic Ancoats neighbour. This apartment is spacious and modern, with an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, and a balcony which overlooks views of the Etihad Stadium and the Peak District.
Designed around the Scandinavian word “Hygge” meaning quiet comfort, this property is the epitome of contemporary minimalism. This apartment sleeps a maximum of 6 guests.
The Space:
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The large, Scandinavian style kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. We offer a fridge freezer, double microwave-combo oven with grills, washer/dryer, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster, and ceramic hob.
We also offer Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, and salt & pepper.
There is a 6 size seater dining table perfect for hosting a dinner party or enjoying a meal together with family and friends. This space also offers an excellent workspace for those who may be travelling on business.
BEDROOMS
There are 2 king-size bedrooms, all fitted with blackout blinds, as well as a large double wardrobed in one, and an open wardrobe in the other. Both bedrooms feature large full height mirrors.
BATHROOMS
There are 2 bathrooms. The family bathroom features a walk in couples/double shower and couples basin with double mirror, and toilet. The second bathroom features a double ended bath-tub, basin and toilet. We off bath and hand towels, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
LIVING AREA
The living area features a 55” Sky Glass smart TV with Sky Cable TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime TV access. The living area also features a private balcony with views out to the East. The living room has blackout curtains.
SOFA BED
The sofa can be converted into a comfortable double sofa-bed. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. LOCATION & PARKING
This property is located in Manchester’s city centre district of Ancoats, a 15 minute walk from the Etihad Stadium. You can be Manchester’s central bar and retail district within walking distance, or jump on the tram/metro at New Islington station, conveniently located directly outside the building. There is a public car park located on Pollard Street, next to the tram/metro station - charges may apply.
Guest Access:
Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.
In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £40.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.
Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold or damage waiver, are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

This property is located in Manchester’s city centre district of Ancoats. You can be Manchester’s central bar and retail district within a 15-minute walking distance. There is a public car park located across the road from the building - charges may apply. New Islington Metrolink Station is also located across the road - you are only 1 stop away from Piccadilly Station.
Other Things to Note:
Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. If the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the 2nd floor to access the apartment. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours. This home is pet friendly. If you wish to bring your furry friend(s), there will be a small flat rate fee of £20.00 which helps us cover the cost of the additional cleaning requirements post your stay.
