The space
Apple Tree Cottage is a delightful and cosy cottage in the heart of the Chilterns AONB, ideal for those looking to explore the countryside, visit the historic market towns, hike and take in the beautiful vistas from the hilltops.

We are pleased to welcome your four-legged furry friends and encourage you to walk and explore the local scenery.

The cottage itself is warm and secure with a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar, separate living room with wood burning stove leading out to a small private and enclosed courtyard/garden.

Upstairs takes you to your sleeping quarters with one king ensuite bedroom and one double bedroom. There is a brand new family bathroom which has a bath and shower over the top.

The main bedroom has a large smart TV if you feel like watching a flick in bed, and the living room also has a large smart TV and Bose sound bar if you fancy snuggling up next to the fireplace whilst watching your favourite TV show.

If you wish to venture further afield, the Chiltern railway line at either Princes Risborough (8 mins) or Monks Risborough (3 mins) will take you into London Marylebone or Bicester. Bicester is home to world-famous Bicester Designer Shopping Village where you can buy designer clothing at a fraction of the normal price.

There are plenty of country pubs within a 10-minute drive, including the Three Crowns in Askett, the Plough at Cadsden, and the Peacock Inn.

We are happy to make any other recommendations if you need them, including other interesting places visit in the area.

DURING YOUR STAY

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
