Tucked away in the heart of Les Batignolles, this village-like neighbourhood with its local cafĂ©s, shops and cobbled streets, lies this alluring fifth-floor apartment. Sleeping up to seven people, this two-storey homeâs upmarket location is exquisitely embellished by its impeccable connections with the Arc de Triomphe and picturesque Parc Monceau within each reach of this most peaceful of neighbourhoods...
LIVING ROOM
An illuminating space vaunting free-flowing proportions and immense natural light, guests are invited to embrace the bright side. With crisp whites and pale wood floors, the homeâs canvas works perfectly with the ownerâs period furniture and eclectic furnishings. Clearly a bibliophile, their love of literature plays a central part with a home library to inspire guestsâ next read and exotic bamboo plants to transport your imagination far away. In warmer seasons, French doors can be opened fully to the adjacent balcony where quintessential sounds of the Parisian street below provide the perfect soundtrack.
DINING ROOM
Clever architecture allows discreet zoning of spaces where an arched doorway provides access to the breathtaking dining room. With an eye for design, muted pastels and those crisp whites elevate the space for dining. Once again, French doors provide direct entry to the apartmentâs balcony should al fresco dining beckon.
KITCHEN
Down the entrance hall, a pleasing kitchen contrasts with the main interior aesthetic where sultry dark hues provide an air of sophistication. Compact yet fitted with all main appliances, the galley-style kitchen has all you need and more to stir up some culinary masterpieces.
