Bournecoast are thrilled to offer this three bedroom townhouse situated on a popular waterside development, which boasts sea views of Christchurch harbour. The house is arranged over three separate floors and benefits from a rear garden and a balcony. Across the road from the house is a private slipway which leads directly into Christchurch harbour. Mudeford is a stunning spot, nestled between Christchurch Harbour and the open sea, making it a favourite for sailing and windsurfing enthusiasts. The area boasts a variety of amenities, with numerous places to eat and drink, including quayside and beachside cafes, restaurants and pubs.
THE ACCOMMODATION:
This townhouse-style property is made up of three bedrooms. You will find a Double Bedroom on the ground floor, with patio doors to the garden. The second bedroom is a Quadruple Bedroom on the second floor, featuring a double bed and bunk beds. The Master Bedroom also on the second floor, comprises of a King Size Bed with a modern ensuite shower room with a toilet. Impressively, the Master Bedroom boasts sea views of Christchurch Harbour, making this a great choice for holidaymakers.
The home benefits from an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner on the first floor. In the lounge area there is a SMART TV and FREE WIFI is available for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). From the lounge you have access to a balcony via sliding patio doors to enjoy views of the harbour. The balcony also features an ELECTRIC AWNING.
Within the modern kitchen area you will find an ELECTRIC INDUCTION HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE. For your convenience there is a WASHER/DRYER in a cupboard on the ground floor.

Mudeford is a harbourside and beachside parish based on an ex-fishing village in the East of Christchurch. A pleasant walk will take you to Avon Beach which offers idyllic views of Mudeford Bay and the Isle of Wight. Here you will find RNLI lifeguard bathing areas, beach hut hire, ice creams, fish and chips, The Noisy Lobster deli, bakery and shop as well as their stunning seafood restaurant offering all day dining and cocktails. Just on from Avon Beach is Mudeford Quay offering the ever popular family pastime of crabbing from the quayside, water sport hire, a play park for children, fishing trips, boat trips to Christchurch quay, waterside cafe, ice cream, beach shop and the historic Haven House Inn. The Haven House Inn is the perfect British seaside pub to enjoy Fish and Chips and a local ale while watching the sunset. From the Quay you can also take a five minute ferry ride over to Hengistbury Head and Mudeford Spit. Described as one of the most important Sites of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) in England, it offers year-round coastal walks, 300 types of birds, a visitor centre to learn all about its archaeology and iron age history, stunning views and unspoilt beaches. From Christchurch Quay you can also catch the old ferry boat down the river to the famous beach huts on Hengistbury Head.
