With all services around and a unique and exquisite decoration, it has capacity for 4 people, a large terrace overlooking the pool ideal for sunbathing and disconnecting, Fiber WiFi, air conditioning and Smart TV. With a magnificent location, it perfectly combines comfort with charm, and is perfect for a unique experience in Tenerife.
This magnificent apartment with a unique decoration and with a strategic location, is ideal for friends, families and business trips, as it has WiFi Fiber at 600mb and capacity for 4 people distributed in a bedroom with double bed, 32" TV and ceiling fan, and a spacious and bright living-dining room with kitchenette, Smart TV 55", air conditioning, double sofa bed and direct access to the large terrace overlooking the communal pool. In addition, for greater comfort, the complex in which it is located has an elevator.
An unbeatable location, with all the necessary services around, nearby beaches, golf course, restaurants and supermarkets. In addition, it has a quick connection to the highway to get to know the rest of the island comfortably.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, oven, microwave, juicer, kettle, toaster, Krups coffee machine, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, towels, sheets, crib, high chair and much more.
The pool is open from 10:00 to 18:00 in winter and from 10:00 to 20:00 during the summer months.
The entry system to the accommodation is through an App that you will have to download on your Smartphone to have access to the gates of the complex and to the door of the house. All the necessary instructions will be sent once the reservation is completed.
A convenience store is located at the complex's reception desk and is open from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.
