Located in the stunning resort of Holetown, set within an exclusive development of just 8 luxurious villas, surrounded by landscaped tropical gardens and a communal swimming pool, accessed via a security gate, Porters Court 3 is the perfect home away from home getaway. Guests are provided with an extensive information pack with details of the beaches, restaurants and various activities and attractions Barbados has to offer both on sea and on land.

3 Porters Court is located on the prestigious West Coast in the parish of St James, it is just 350 metres from the crystal blue waters of the Caribbean Sea and a 45 minute drive from the airport.

Steps from the villa you’ll find beautiful white sandy beaches where you can spend the days listening to the waves crashing against the shoreline, relaxing at a beach bar, and exploring the underwater sea life or trying out some of the water-sports available.

Within 10 minutes of this stunning villa, amenities include local banks, supermarkets, the Limegrove shopping centre and numerous golf courses.

ABOUT THE VILLA

Porters Court 3 is a two bedroom, two bathroom villa sleeping 4 guests. The vibrant blue exterior of the villa is enhanced by the surrounding palm trees, colourful flowers and exotic plants which are dotted along the stone pathway leading up to the entrance.

Once inside guests are welcomed into the open-plan living & dining area. The living area has smooth hardwood flooring keeping it cool throughout the year. There is a flat-screen TV for a spot of entertainment. Wi-Fi access for those that want to make use of the internet. The kitchen/dining area has a beautiful island table for a meal or two, but also you have access to the patio, perfect for al fresco dining for 4 persons.

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy for preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner to eat in or on the outdoor terrace. When you’ve had a busy day and need a lay down, head to the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom or the second bedroom with a queen size bed(or 2 singles) and an en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have high ceilings and large windows allowing the natural light to beam through.

One of the best ways to explore the beautiful island of Barbados is by hiring a car. The villa has its own private parking space right out the front. We have recommended rental companies to use if you are unsure.

Additional facilities here at 3 Porters Court include air conditioning to keep you nice and cool throughout your stay, a hairdryer should you require one and a safe box for your personal possessions.

Don’t worry about bringing towels (as well as beach towels) with you, these are included in your stay along with bed linen.

Beautiful home and very well stocked with everything you can imagine Grocery store is a 8 minute bus ride or a 25 minute walk and there is a wonderful fresh fish market close by Plenty of fantastic restaurants within walking distance We definitely will be back!

Great little house in St James close to Holetown/Speightstown

Great little house a short walk to the Fairmont Beach Club (passes included in rental), The Lonestar/Juma’s & Nauti HQ restaurants and a short drive to Speightstown and Holetown. Check in/out was super easy, the bedrooms were air conditioned and clean with lots of storage for clothes and the beds were really comfortable. Lovely big fully equipped kitchen & lounge and also further seating on the decking plus the use of a shared pool. Would highly recommend for couples/friends or family stays

Wonderful Stay

This was one of our Favorite vacations ever! The location was Excellent! The closeness to the beach was fantastic! The house had enough room for the 4 of us to have space to ourselves! The pool was a Big hit with the kids! Taxi drivers had a hard time finding it, due to the newness of the property. We would come back every year!

Fab home

A beautiful home in a wonderful location only a 5 minute walk from the beach. It had everything we could possibly want or need. Beautifully furnished, comfortable beds, a covered porch for the inevitable showers, access to english television programmes. There were 2 negatives people need to be aware of (but they didn't spoil our holiday}. Firstly, you need an access code to get through the gates when you first arrive which we didn't have and secondly, if you are going to arrive late ask the on-site representative to get some food and drink in for you. We arrived by taxi at approximately 7pm with no access code and no shopping. We were helped out in both cases by kind neighbours.

Brilliant updated cottage!

Brilliant beach cottage in a small and exclusive gated community in Porters near Holetown.We booked this specific property due to the amazing host, from our initial pre booking questions to the day we checked out nothing was too much trouble and our maximum enjoyment was the prime concern. This level of communications made a huge difference before and during our stay.The property itself in superb, lots of care and love has clearly been taken with the re model - it was gorgeous, spotless and incredibly well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds, pillows etc were all very high quality.Location was brilliant about 4 minutes to a beautiful beach, beach passes were a huge bonus and meant we didn't need to worry about renting chairs and umbrellas.We hired a car, which I would recommend as it made nipping to the local supermarket and seeing the Island very easy.The pool at the property was also amazing, very quiet and when others were using, very friendly bunch. We are so glad we booked this property which was worth every single penny paid. Thanks to Jennifer for being THE BEST host and ensuring we had a fabulous time!!

I am located in the East Midlands with with my beautiful family, we enjoy spending time together and where we can, going back to the Island for total relaxation and unwinding.

We are brand new owners of Beachcombers at Porters Court (April 2024), and absolutely fell in love with the villa and its location when we visited in 2021. The ability to relax and unwind when you arrive at the villa is unparalleled. It really is a fabulous place to stay, from its location, truly bajan still characteristics to its charming secure surroundings. You are 5 minutes to Holetown (south) or 5 minutes (north) to Speightstown, where you can experience some of the best dining experinces the island has to offer from places such as Caboose, Local & Co, Baia and Fishermans Pub.

The people, the culture, the food and the pace of life makes it an absolute must to experience and like us, hopefully for you it will also be a yearly visit back to Barbados. The island really stamps itself in your heart.

We are absolutely thrilled that you get to experience the island and Porters Court 3 - Beachcombers.

3 Porters Court is a typical Bajan style villa, tucked away in a private community, with secure gates allowing our guests to have peace of mind when staying here. Whether you are visiting alone or travelling with a family, the Porters Court community is a safe, friendly environment for solo travellers and children.

Jeanine, our full time property manager, will be there to look after you with her friendly personality and positive attitude. Any questions, don’t hesitate to ask, her presence is absolutely crucial to having the best trip possible because any issues whatsoever while on the island, she is there.

The villa is located a short walk (less than 5 mins, around 200 meters) from the white sandy beach of Alleyne Bay where there is the famous and renowned beach bar Ju Ju's, or the fine dining restaurant Lonestar. being only steps away from the local hotspots really is fantastic. There is also Juma's, a fantastic restaurant where you can watch the sunset over the ocean, who serve the most delicious homecooked dishes. If fresh breads and pastries are your thing, take a 700 meter walk south towards Holetown, and you'll come to La Baugette Bakery which is still in the Porters area. It open most mornings until early afternoon. Serving fresh breads and various pastries daily.

Our villa has air conditioning to keep you nice and cool on a hot day. There are units in both bedrooms and also the main lounge and kitchen area for your comfort. The property is detached and within a secure gated complex. The property has been newly renovated and redecorated in Sept 2024. Guests have access to a communal swimming pool that shares with 7 other villas, with plentiful loungers for your whole stay. The surrounds have peaceful tropical gardens and a relaxing patio where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast in the mornings, or a relaxing evening winding down.
