Un endroit idéal et calme pour toute la famille, que vous aimiez le ski, la pêche ou tout simplement un peu de paix et de tranquillité. Cette maison joliment aménagée a été rénovée et rafraîchie en 2017 et dispose d'une cuisine entièrement fonctionnelle, d'un salon, d'une salle à manger, d'une chambre principale avec un lit king-size, d'une chambre avec deux lits jumeaux, d'une baignoire et d'un canapé-lit pour un espace de couchage supplémentaire et d'un cheminée à bois. REMARQUE: LES PRIX VARIENT SELON LE NOMBRE DE LITS NÉCESSAIRES. LE PRIX INDIQUÉ EST UNIQUEMENT POUR LES ESCALIERS. Un étage supplémentaire de 1700 pieds carrés est facultatif pour des frais de location et de nettoyage supplémentaires (le coût dépend de la saison et du nombre de nuits) et comprend un espace de couchage pour 8 autres, une autre cuisine entièrement fonctionnelle et une salle de bain complète; comprend également une table de baby-foot et de hockey sur air, un coin salon et une console de jeu PS2. SI VOUS AVEZ BESOIN DE LA RÉGION DE UPSTAIRS, VEUILLEZ NOUS CONTACTER ET NOUS ÉDITERONS LE DEVIS POUR INCLURE L'ESPACE EXTRA. Si vous n'avez pas besoin de l'espace supplémentaire à l'étage, il sera verrouillé et laissé inoccupé. Sur le pont, un barbecue au charbon de bois avec coin salon et une belle vue sur le lac Beaver. Le quai privé (partagé avec une autre famille) et la plateforme de baignade se trouvent à deux minutes à pied de la porte d'entrée, dans la même crique que la rampe de lancement de Blue Springs. Parfait pour les week-ends de jeu de balle Razorback, car il est à 20 minutes des limites de la ville de Fayetteville, du week-end de la foire artisanale War Eagle (20 minutes en voiture), des vélos, du blues et du barbecue, ou de tout autre événement dans la région du nord-ouest de l'Arkansas --- les possibilités sont infinies! L'épicerie la plus proche est à seulement 7 minutes en voiture de Springdale, Arkansas. Quaint Eureka Springs est à 40 minutes en voiture.

Perfect weekend stay

This is the second time we've rented this home and enjoyed a weekend birthday with friends. It's a great spot to gather and make memories. Everything is always clean and perfectly situated. We love it. We hope to rent again soon without planning a party and just relax and enjoy the lake!

Perfect for a large family

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The tennis court was a big hit with the kids and the kitchen was a big hit with me! Perhaps most importantly, after accidentally leaving a container of some very strong post-op meds, their cleaning lady locked them away and the owner (who was out of town) then coordinated with her neighbor to get it back to me quickly. It was such a relief to know we stayed where we could fully trust the entire crew. Can’t wait to book again!

Peaceful lakeside getaway

We had a wonderful trip by the lake. The house was great for our group with a bunk room upstairs. Nice view of the lake and a large fire pit with ample seating. Well stocked kitchen with multiple pots and pans and lots of countertops space. The house has great layout!

Great place!

The property was great for a place to stay by the lake. The upstairs bunk room was large and gave us plenty of beds for our family. Everything else was in great condition and easy to figure out. We would like to visit again!

Parents Weekend

The property was beautiful. We enjoyed sitting and looking at the lake and a whole family of deer. Hosts were extremely accommodating and very nice.

Great house!

We had a great time at this lake house! The host were so wonderful and very quick to respond to any inquiries or calls. The house was clean and everything was so comfortable. We had plenty of space for our group and a ton of stuff for all of the teens to do. I would absolutely recommend this lake house and definitely stay here again.

Great host, great house, great activities

We rented the upstairs and downstairs. It was a great place to share with my brother's family; having the downstairs for adults and kids upstairs. Pam was a great host. I really appreciated her communication and hospitality. The boat dock was nice to have and to swim from, though it is a short walk. The lighted tennis court was nice. We didn't get a chance to use the paddle board and float pad, but they looked nice.

Great Country Getaway

Pam & Tom were excellent hosts with lots of rapid communication of many questions that we had prior to arriving. Everything was as explained. It was perfect for our UArk Graduation Weekend. Highly recommend. PS. Jordan appreciated the graduation gift. Woo Pig!

Little slice of heaven

We needed a nice get away from the busy hustle and bustle of life. This is what we got here 💜 Not even sure where to start, the property itself is gorgeous and the wildlife made it even more so. I've never seen so many armadillos! Lake was gorgeous, just wish I had been better prepared to rent a boat in the area. House was very well stocked and beds comfy. Memories were made and it was a bittersweet ending as the visit was just an escape until he and I can meet again. Thank you very much to the Stocklands for renting us such a beautiful place. I'd love to return again.

Great spot

The house is in a beautiful little area with a huge lawn/field, deer everywhere, and a tennis court in the middle. We spent the whole day playing pickleball then going down to the lake And jumping in to refresh ourselves, then repeat. Great spot for our football weekend to watch BYU take down the razorbacks👍

Great stay on Beaver Lake

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin. We had a large family and the house was very nice and spacious. We had a nice welcome basket and the puppy enjoyed the snacks. The owner was super responsive. We loved swimming at the dock and the kids enjoyed catching some small fish at the lake. The entire property was amazing and we played tennis and basketball on the courts during the day and at night. Amazing that the courts were lit so we could sit and watch the kids play basketball in the evening and enjoy a cold drink. Perfect spot for a vacation. Thank you and we would definitely spend time in the home again.

Arkansas family getaway

Our family had the most relaxing stay at this beautiful home by the lake! We took our family of 9, a friend, and my in laws, and there was more than enough room for everyone to sleep, relax, spread out, play games, watch movies etc. We were in town for baseball tournaments, and this was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view of the lake, the tennis courts, and the game room either before or after a long day of ball games. We spent a full day on the lake fishing and swimming from the dock and the kids had a blast on the paddle board, and lily pad. We would highly recommend this lake house for a beautiful retreat for your family! We hope to go back one day!

This home is better than the pictures. I wasn’t expecting much but was pleasantly surprised when we showed up. The home is located on the water and has beautiful farmland surrounding it. The kitchen it fully stocked with everything you’d need. My family felt very much at home. Thank you

Beautiful house and view, wonderful host!!

We rented this house for a weekend stay in Springdale for our sons baseball games. Prior to arriving we received check-in details and the host/hostess had addressed any questions we had. Upon arriving we were greeted by a yard full of deer, it was a beautiful site!! We received a welcome bag that was much appreciated, thank you!! We rented the additional upstairs since it was cold outside and the kids had a blast and loved having their own hangout spot. The house was stocked with everything we needed to cook a big breakfast and supper. The boys loved the view of the lake and walked around some. Unfortunately, the fields in Springdale were wet and we ended up spending more time traveling to Missouri than we expected. We would have loved more time at the property and will definitely be back. The host/hostess were easy to get ahold of and were absolutely delightful. Thank you again for opening your beautiful home to us!!

Great place for large families

We rented both the downstairs and upstairs and it's great for a large family. The kids slept upstairs and played air hockey, foosball, and video games, letting the adults have some peace downstairs. The surrounding property is beautiful and the basketball/tennis courts were also nice for the kids. It was cold during the visit, so we didn't try to swim in the lake. A fun place for everyone.

We have enjoyed this lake property with our family for the last 26 years. We still frequent our lake home with friends and family and enjoy our lake time! We are Fayetteville, Arkansas natives and are graduates of the University of Arkansas, and live in Fayetteville. Wooooooo Pig Sooie!

Nestled in the Ozark Mountains and a short drive from our hometown of Fayetteville, our lake property sits on 22+ acres. We'd love to share our little piece of heaven and have you come and enjoy skiing, boating, fishing on beautiful Beaver Lake and all that Northwest Arkansas has to offer. Our home sits in a quiet cove, but you are only minutes from local grocery stores, a 20 minute drive to Fayetteville, home of the Razorbacks, our famous Farmer's Market on the historic Fayetteville Square, museums, state parks and of course Southern Hospitality! The lake views are breathtaking year round.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Peaceful, convenient place to stay during all the events in Northwest Arkansas, whether you're here for a football or baseball game, Bikes, Blues and BBQ, War Eagle Craft Fair, Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, the list goes on and on. And when you've had enough of the crowds, come back to your quiet place, put your feet up and savor the beauty of the lake. There are restaurants close by, or stay in and cook, read a good book, watch the deer play in the morning and evening, enjoy the gorgeous sunsets from the dock and relax. A left out of our cove takes you out into the White River where you can paddle alongside majestic bluffs and a right out of the cove takes you into Beaver Lake with several marinas available for all sorts of fishing and water sport activities. Boat rental available at some marinas on the lake. If you play tennis, there is a tennis court on our property directly across from the house.
