You feel a buzz of excitement when you arrive at this unusual round building in a wonderfully quiet location. Its industrial corrugated exterior fits this countryside setting perfectly and it has been lovingly converted into a comfortable holiday retreat.
As you race in to find your way around, you will find the master bedroom on the ground floor with French doors looking out across the garden. Embracing the shape of the silo, this super king-size bedroom has wooden beams above mimicking sun rays and in the en-suite the circular shower is a wonderful addition. The open plan living area has a dining table in front of the stunning views with kitchen units shaped along the curved wall. Spend time here over evening meals and board games with the Juliet balcony doors open to really appreciate this area. The sofa here can be converted to a bed while the second bedroom is on a mezzanine second floor.
Outside, race across the fairytale bridge to say hello to the horses in the neighbouring field and gather at the picnic bench for summer BBQs. There is lawn space for the dogs to play and you will find a network of footpaths you can follow with the D'Arcy Dalton Way passing close by. While you may feel secluded from the real world, you are just a short drive from Blenheim Palace, Chastleton House and Cotswold Wildlife Park & Gardens.
*Dogs: 2 well-behaved dogs welcome at the cottage at an additional cost each. Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog and we will then revise your booking confirmation. The pet fee is NOT included in your booking fee. A request for an additional fee per pet will be sent to you after you have placed your booking.
