Only a short walk to the award winning high street in Cleveleys with it's array of shops, eateries and bars. JD Gym and The Vue cinema are also two minutes walk away.

The space
Our spacious house with it's excellent amenities and position gives you the flexibility to make your break your own. With three bedrooms, fully equipped utility, one bathroom, one shower room, spacious living space with kitchen and dining area, with amazing panoramic beach front views and ample parking for three cars. Sleeping arrangements: double bedroom with sitting area on ground floor. Both top floor bedrooms (2nd floor) have the option of king size beds or split to two singles per room.
Plus! Just look at those views! A perfect place to holiday!

Guest access
Completely self contained for a hassle free break. Private parking for 3 cars right outside the front door. The front door is ground level with no steps.

Other things to note
Both bedrooms on the 2nd floor have the option of king size beds or singles. The ground floor bedroom is a double bed only.
The living space on the middle floor has open plan stairs leading to the ground floor and open plan stairs to the top floor.
