Welcome travellers to our newly refurbished apartment located in the heart of Paceville! This stylishly designed space is perfect for travellers looking for a comfortable place to stay!
The apartment offers a big terrace with BBQ for dining & gatherings, a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, two bedrooms and for added convenience, there is also a sofa bed, making up 6 guests.

All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi!
Living Spaces| A well sized sunny terrace equipped with tables and chairs where our guests can enjoy and relax their mornings with coffee and tea! Also the apartment is equipped with a dining area and a sofa overlooking the TV (Connected to the internet).
Outdoor | The apartment boasts a stunning back terrace complete with a charming dining area, perfect for enjoying a delicious meal under the sun or stars. There is also a BBQ which our guests can use throughout their stay.
Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal! The kitchen also boosts an oven and an electric hub.
Bedrooms| 2 Bedrooms with a double bed, for extra guests we will the sofa bed in the living area.
Bathrooms| 1 large bathroom with walk-in shower
All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi!
Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night`s sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.
24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment
Very important notes before booking:
1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)
2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During lovely and summer season, although we sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person
8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
