Space
The living space is comfortable and welcoming, the furnishings are meticulous in detail and the house offers every comfort from the dishwasher to the washing machine, coffee machine, pots and pans. Inside the living room, there is a sofa bed. The double bedroom is very large and has a comfortable wardrobe. The bathroom including every accessory. The environment is comfortable and tastefully furnished.
Access for guests
The house is completely at your disposal, there are racks to store bikes in the courtyard. For Check-in we are waiting for you at our office in Via Vittorio Emanuele II, 26 Sogim Office, where we will have you sign the documents and take you to the accommodation 300 meters away.

The property is located inside a particular and characteristic Como courtyard, on the second floor without a lift.
In Italy, hotels and holiday homes must ask guests for the tourist tax to be paid to the Municipality: in Como the tourist tax is € 3 per day per person, which is why it is asked at the beginning of the stay and can be paid in cash or by card credit through AIRBNB.
