Facilities:

Fully equipped kitchen, plunge heated swimming pool, TV, CD player, Air condition, shower, balcony equipped with patio furniture, Wi-Fi internet. Breakfast is provided upon request and at an extra charge of 15 euros per person per day, served daily between 8:00–8:30 AM in eco-friendly breakfast boxes.


Services:

Daily cleaning service, we provide bath towels and sheets, porter service, car or bike rental on request, booking local island tours, wine tours transfers on request.

We shall be happy to assist you with all the necessary information in order to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. We can suggest places you could visit, such as touristic attractions, restaurants, shops and museums and offer you free map of the island and tips about what to do and see on the island

Our breakfast is served in the property between 8:00 - 8:30 am every day in eco- friendly breakfast boxes.

Kindly be informed that according to the new Greek law, which was imposed on all properties located in Greece, the city tax paid so far by the hotels’ guests, was renamed to Climate Resilience Tax. You may find below the relevant charges, which need to be paid by all guests that will stay in our properties from the 1st of January 2024 and on, as they occur according to each property’s category:

My party and I absolutely loved staying at this property during our 5-night trip to Santorini. I’ve actually stayed here before a few years ago, before it was renovated. It was perfect then but even better now! First, the location is absolutely perfect. It’s right along the main walkway between Imerovigli and Firostefani and just a 10-minute walk from the always-lively Fira. Despite its proximity and being right off the walkway, it feels very private. Next, that amazing view! And the ample space on the patio and in the larger-than-usual-for-Santorini heated pool. I could have spent all five days just lounging on the patio in the comfortable loungers looking out over the caldera. Next, the inside. The two bedrooms are lovely and each ample size for two people, with very nice, brand new cabinets/closets with interior lighting and plenty of room to store luggage and clothes. The bathroom is huge and well appointed, making it easy to share for four adults used to their own bathrooms at home. The shower is massive! Then there’s the amazing service from the team - from communicating before our stay regarding transfer from the port, to meeting us right on time at the property, to arranging for DAILY cleaning service, and providing daily delivery of a wonderful breakfast, we could not have asked for better or more attentive service. Sotiris, the host, also was at our service throughout our stay, arranging last minute transportation when needed. Don’t hesitate to book this villa!!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The village of Firostefani is located on the north side of Santorini, on a location between the two famous villages of Fira and Imerovigli. Officially, this location is perceived as a separate village however, the truth is different. In reality, this location is the extension of the capital village, the infamous Fira of Santorini. Due to the fact that Firostefani is situated on the highest point of Fira, this settlement’s name can be translated as the Crown of Fira. In Greek language, Stefani means crown, therefore it is the Crown of Fira.

The village is one of the most stunning locations on the Island and this is the reason explaining its increased popularity from both, locals and visitors. It offers breath taking panoramic views over the Island and over the caldera. Visitors are able to find a great variety of accommodation options, fine restaurants, bars and many other options for leisure and relaxation. Even high ends standards and needs can be met in Firostefani, as the Island is a famous and ideal destination for the world’s celebrities.

There is no possible way that a visitor in Santorini will not spend time in Firostefani. This is because the location offers impeccable views over the blue Aegean Sea. From the top of the cliff, the panorama sets a fairy tale backdrop as visitors are able to view the infamous volcano of Santorini from a different angle. Firostefani’s advantage is of course the thrilling location as amazing views can be generously offered over the caldera. Visitors will be impressed and amazed by the beauty of the natural scenery and admire the charm of Santorini.

The extraordinary sunsets should not be excluded from the list! As Firostefani is located at the highest point of Fira village, it forms the most idyllic location to experience the well-known sunset of Santorini.
