This villa is located in the quaintest village by an amazing couple. We loved our stay overlooking the Aegean Sea and at times felt as if we were the only people on the island. However, a five minute drive put us right on the edge of the Caldera with wonderful restaurants and scenic photo ops. Dimitris, the property manager, was only a text away and gave us personal attention for all of our questions. The owners have family who transported us to and from the villa for a small fee which was also super helpful. Upon arrival, the refrigerator was stocked with essentials from fresh fruit and water to cheese and wine. A special delivery with home-baked goods also arrived on day two! We truly appreciated all of their hospitality as well as the kindness that the people of Santorini bestow. An amazing trip to celebrate our 30th anniversary.
I had booked the villa to mark my husbandâs 50th birthday and have a relaxing family break with my husband and two daughters. The Dream villa Santorini is truly an amazing property with amazing views over the Aegean Sea. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor terrace space from enjoying sunrises , to having breakfast, getting in the pool with the girls and enjoying a drink in the evening. Most of all weâre really touched by the warmth and hospitality that we got from the property owners. They were very helpful and ensured we had a comfortable stay and had a good time . Would love to visit again and highly recommend staying at their properties.
The villa was at a great location, very calm and away from the hustle / bustle , very accurately described in the listing. The hosts Mr. Antonis was very gracious and left some starting groceries and juice and food items in the Refrigerator. The pool looked great but the water was cold. Would recommend this place highly to other visitors.
Everything about our stay was wonderful. Check-in with Greg was flawless. We were pleasantly surprised by the well stocked fridge upon arrival. EVERYTHING YOU COLD ASK FOR.
The view was unbelievable and the actual accommodation was 5*. Our hosts provide a nice Greek dessert which I devoured in minutes.
The proximity to all points on the island made seeing everything we wants to very easy. I strongly recommend renting a vehicle though.
We hope to return next year....
We had a superb time in Santorini and the Villa we choose lived up to all of our expectations. The villa was immaculate and catered for our every need. The concierge Greg was friendly and easily contactable. Above all the owners Antonis and his lovely wife were very friendly and cleaned the villa themselves every other day. We stuck up a good friendship with them both and we would thoroughly recommend the Villa for those of you who want the privacy and to get away form the hustle and bustle of the larger towns. We would love to re-visit them one day. John & Marzenka
Totally relaxing in a mini villa with everything including beautiful views, lovely hosts and an awesome pool. Best restaurants are not in Oia, they were in the village - definitely try local for delicious food that is far better quality and price.
We willbe booking again :o)
Great location, much more private than more popular areas like Oia
My wife and I loved our time at this property. The property faces east and has an incredible, nearly-panoramic view of the ocean. We spent much of the day lounging by the pool enjoying the view during the day before making our way to the other side of the island to watch the sunset. I saw the sunset from a different place each night, so i don't feel like I missed anything staying here rather than in Oia or some more popular spot. Here I also had privacy, whereas the cave apartments in the more polular cities are literally right on top of each other. Everyone there will see everything you're doing all the time. Santorini is also not a very big island, so getting to the other side does not take long.
In addition to the great view, the owners live nearby and really go above and beyond. The fridge was stocked with some great snacks, eggs, and juice. One afternoon, they brought us a plate of incredible homemade Greek pastry (kind of like a donut with honey and nuts)! They also delivered new towels one morning without me even having to ask! If I could give this place 10 stars, I would!!! Amazing stay!
On a side note, I would definitely recommend a car rather than an ATV to get around, if for no other reason than they have AC. I'm not normally one to grt the optional damage waiver, but I would highly recommend it for Santorini -- people drive crazy and the parking lots are so crowded that getting a door ding is very likely.
Everything was wonderful from thecsecond we booked the dream villa. I contacted greg( the property manager), he set up transportation from the airpirt to the villa. Greg met us there and showed us the villa. The view was spectacular. The fridge was full with everything for breakfast and towels. I couldn't have stayed at a better place.
Stayed here 4 nights in July 2023. Check in was a breeze. Greg contacted us the day before via WhatsApp and met us at the Villa when we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised to see the fridge stocked with water, milk, juice, eggs, cheese, meats and pastries asking with some wine.
The villa was clean, bed was comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with essentials for cooking. The pool was beautiful, and the view was spectacular (especially sunrise). The air conditioning worked very well. It was quiet and private.
The only downside is that it is located half way up the steep hill to Fira, so walking and driving around is challenging.
Overall we were very happy and would definitely stay here again.
Our 6 day stay at Dream Villa was seamless and perfect. Greg, the concierge, was a top notch communicator and expertly handled all of our requests with patience and kindness, including transportation to and from the airport, a rental car waiting for us at the villa, and a beautiful sunset cruise out of Oia. The villa itself was exactly as pictured and was comfortable for my husband and I but could also fit two children if a family of four wanted to try it out. The private pool was clean and inviting on these hot July days. The AC worked efficiently. The owners, Antonis and Irini, live very close by, so we felt kindly watched over and not too alone, while they were careful to be unobtrusive and give us our private space. Antonis cleaned up the patio, for example, in the mornings before we got up. So many thoughtful touches, like a refrigerator stocked with milk, juice, water, lots of fresh fruit, bread, cheese and sweets. Plus eggs and croissants. We ate breakfast every morning without having to leave the villa, which was so nice. Even nicer were the surprise treats the owners brought us a few days, to include the most amazing home made Spanikopita! The surrounding area is definitely quiet, which we appreciated after seeing the crowds in Oia and Fira. It does require a car to get anywhere though, as hills and narrow streets would make walking anywhere risky. As long as you are okay navigating crowded streets and very steep hills to get where youâre going, its perfect!
We had an exceptional time staying at the Dream Villa. We enjoyed the beautiful private pool and terrace with gorgeous views of the Aegean Sea and town of Vourvoulous. The property manager, Greg, greeted us warmly and ensured the check-in process was easy. We were impressed with the provisions in the fridge; there was fresh fruit and lots of food for breakfast as well as some wine, chocolates, and other treats! Adonis, the owner, lives down the hill and made a point of being very friendly too! The Dream Villa was clean, private, well-appointed, and cool (thereâs air-conditioning!) despite the extra warm temperatures. Imerovigli is a 20 min walk up the hill, with nice restaurants (Gregâs recommendations of the Aegean Restaurant and Rozas- in Vourvoulous- were our favourites!) and breathtaking views of the caldera. We appreciated staying away from the crowds of Oia and Thira, which would have felt a little claustrophobic with the July crowds and heat. We highly recommend staying at the Dream Villa!
Exactly as advertised and then some. Loved our stay and appreciated Greg helping make arrangements and the owners hospitality that included two special tasty Greek surprises. Definitely recommend if you want quiet perfection.
Property was just as it appeared in ads. The owners were amazing! Not only was our villaâs refrigerator filled with fruits, bread, eggs and more; they delivered a plateful of a delicious dessert. It tasted like donuts drizzled with honey.
The manager, Greg, was very responsive to any requests. I highly recommend this property. There were three generations of females and all of us were pleased
My husband and looked at many VRBOâs in Santorini before deciding to rent this Dream Villa. I could not be happier. Greg was very attentive to set up possible excursions, dinner reservations, massages, car rental, pretty much anything we needed. The view, peaceful location and incredible pool and hospitality of Owner made this vacation so wonderful. We toured Oia, Fira, and Imerovigli, and some others but they were so crowded and chaotic. We would definitely recommend staying at the Dream Villa. You wonât regret it, I promise you!
Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay on Santorini. Greg was an incredibly helpful host - set up all of our restaurant reservations, arranged a photo session and a boat cruise for us, was easily within reach for any questions we had. The property is in a small village of Vurvoulos and you definitely would need a car to reach it. It was nice to be slightly outside of the hustle and bustle of Fira and Oia, but still with 10-15 minute driving distance from these beautiful towns. The hosts kindly stocked the fridge for us with some basics so we ate breakfast at home. The water at the villa is not potable (good for taking a shower though) and the hosts provided bottled water enough for the first day or so. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The deck overlooks lovely views of the shore and the sea.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
We came for a wedding so it was a short stay sadly but the villa was just as it shows in the photos. Very clean and full of character. Greg, the property manager was extremely helpful in all things. The owners were lovely and left a supply of fresh fruit and groceries...even wine in the fridge! On the first day they even made us breakfast! We only wished we could have stayed longer, highly recommended.

Perfect spot for your Santorini getaway!
Texas family of 4 with two teens received A+ service from the moment we landed in Santorini. We'd rented a car--but a very small one--so Greg arranged a driver to meet us at the airport in a van that could handle all of our luggage. Greg met us at the villa and showed us around. He also provided a map and showed us a few great restaurants close by. While the water in the villa is non-potable, the owners stocked the fridge with bottled waters, juices, fruit, bread, wine, eggs, butter and cold cuts! They also brought us amazing breakfasts--nutella-filled crepes, stuffed french toast, and wonderful greek yogurt with honey and fruit! The pool was cool and sparkling clean and provided a nice respite from the summer heat. The villa was cleaned each day after we left to explore the island and we came home in the evenings to fresh towels and prepped beds. A girl could surely get used to that!! The beds were comfy, the bathroom was spacious, and the air conditioners worked perfectly. While not on the side of the caldera, the view of the Aegean was still beautiful and we really appreciated the solitude that came with being on the 'other' side of the island. If you have an opportunity to visit Santorini, I highly recommend staying at the Dream Villa. It's everything its name implies.
Wonderful villa with amazing pool and terrace - perfect for relaxing in the sun
We had a really great stay at the villa. It is very well set up and was perfect for us (family of four with two young kids). From the outset the communication with the hosts via Greg was brilliant including the arranging of a transfer from the port and organising car hire. The owners live nearby and really went out of their way to be helpful. The villa itself is great - very well appointed and comfortable with everything we needed. The terrace and pool which have a marvellous view made a place we struggled to leave to go exploring!
The location of the villa in a quiet village was a good escape from the bustle of Santorini but it was not far from the centre. A car is recommended tho.
All in all we would highly recommend the villa
The concierge team of Dream Villa Santorini will be there upon the guests' arrival in order to present the property and offer his/her assistance. Will be happy to provide you with all the necessary information and tips regarding the island, arrange all kind of tours, activities, and transfers from and to port or airport.
Our property Dream Villa Santorini is located near Imerovigli, and more explicitly in upper Vourvoulos, on the slopes of the mountain. It has an amazing Aegean Sea View and you can enjoy privacy and tranquility far from the crowds of the capital and at the same time in close proximity to Fira and Oia.
