Villa Leucade is located less than one kilometer from the iconic Lighthouse and Basilica of Santa Maria de Finibus Terrae.

Set across three natural terraces and surrounded by 12,000 square meters of landscaped gardens, the property includes the main villa, a stunning sea-view swimming pool, two traditional pajare (stone dwellings), several relaxation areas equipped with sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a barbecue area, and private parking.

Completed in 2023, Villa Leucade offers five double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, comfortably accommodating 10 to 12 adults, making it ideal for groups of two or three families.
