📌 A £300 refundable damage deposit is required for all stays. This is pre-authorised on the lead guest’s card 1 day before check-in and released 3 days after the apartment has been inspected following check-out.



📌 Early and late check-in, and late check-out, are offered subject to availability. A charge may apply, so please ask for more details if you are interested in either of these options.



🚗 There is one space available in the courtyard by the backdoor. Free street parking in front of the building in Holyoake Walk is also available.
