It is located on a private hill in the small mountain village of Bodone, 1,100 m above sea level (municipality of Peglio).

The house has two floors.

The ground floor is 55 square meters, consists of a kitchen/living room with sofa, fireplace, double bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed and a bathroom. In the living room there is access via a wooden staircase to the attic, here there is a sofa bed for two people.

In the garden there is a covered terrace with a view, barbecue, deck chairs, table and chairs. The house has private parking for 2/3 cars.

Possibility to book the Chalet Bellavista next door (total 16 beds and private pool).

Extra costs per day € 2.00 per person, € 7.00 per vehicle / week (for the mountain road), € 20.00 for wood and heating € 8.00/m³. These additional costs must be paid at the end of the holiday.

Shops, restaurants and a typical farm are in Peglio.
The road from Peglio to Bodone (6 km) is winding and partly narrow, asphalted and partly unpaved road.
Ideal environment for nature lovers, hikers, walkers, mountain bikers, mushroom pickers, etc. The nearest beaches are in Gravedona, 12 km away (about 30 minutes drive).
