Capstan Cottage is a welcoming two bedroom holiday home situated in the exclusive development of Admirals Quarters, just a short walk to Weymouth harbour and beach. The cottage is ideal for couples of families, and benefits from a stylish and modern interior, with private gated parking and an enclosed rear courtyard garden.
Situated a stones throw from Weymouth's historic harbour, Admirals' Quarter is an exclusive gated development of properties just a 5 minute walk from the harbourside, restaurants and coffee shops. Situated within Admirals' Quarter is Capstan Cottage, a bright and airy two bedroom cottage, providing a perfect central base for a couple or a family of four.
The ground floor of this terraced cottage, is light and airy with wooden flooring and neatural décor. The living and dining room is at the front of the house, with dining table to seat four and two comfortable two seater sofas with smart TV. Through to the back of the house is the kitchen, complete with integrated slimline dishwasher and fridge / freezer, there is also an electric oven and gas hob, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. Also on the ground floor is a cloakroom with W.C. A door opens out from the kitchen to the secure courtyard garden, with outside seating and charcoal BBQ.
On the second floor are both bedrooms and the family bathroom. The master bedroom at the front of the house, decorated in coastal tones, with King size bed, built in wardrobes and roman blinds. Just across the hallway is the family bathroom, with bath and shower overhead, wash hand basin, heated towel rail and W.C. To the back of the house is the twin bedroom, with two single beds, built in wardrobes and roman blinds.
The house benefits from gated access to a private parking space along with a secure courtyard garden.
Located just a short walk to Weymouth's historic harbourside, a firm favourite with visitors to the area. The harbourside is home to a choice of independent restaurants, with everything from a Michelin star restaurants to gastro pubs and independent coffee shops - there is something for everyone! Also within walking distance is Weymouth Beach, one of only 76 beaches in England to be awarded with a Blue Flag. The Blue Flag and Seaside Award recognises Weymouth Beach as one of the safest, cleanest and very best in the country.

From ASDA Weymouth - follow boot hill upwards towards Portland until you reach the set of traffic lights turning left into Rodwell Avenue. Follow this road all the way to the bottom, until you reach the mini roundabout. Go straight over at the roundabout and take the bend to the right. Follow Horsford St up the hill past 'CEFAS' on your right until you reach the first right turning into Admiral's Quarters.
