At the other end, sink into the comfy sofas and enjoy your favourite shows on the Smart TV. French doors lead directly from here to the cottage garden. The well-equipped kitchen/dining room is located at the rear of the cottage, boasting modern conveniences and a dining area for four. Here, you can prepare delicious meals and gather around the table while overlooking the cottage garden.

Ascend the steep stairs to find two cosy bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed and the other with twin beds. The family bathroom features an ornate mirror and a charming French armoire for storage, adding a touch of elegance to your stay. The cottage garden at the rear is a delightful private oasis, fully enclosed to ensure your tranquillity. A pergola adorned with flowers provides a shaded spot to relax. Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee or sharing a glass of wine in the evening, the garden is the perfect place to unwind.

Nether Kellet is a village located a few miles south of Carnforth where you’ll find a selection of convenience stores and supermarkets that stock homely essentials, whilst a delicious pub lunch can be had at a choice of public houses. For a scenic afternoon, head for a rural walk within Thwaite Brow Woods or a scenic hike through the Warton Crag Local Nature Reserve. Lancaster city is also a short drive away with its splendid castle, butterfly house and popular University; whilst the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales can also be reached in less than 30 minutes by car.
