Stunning 1-Bed Cottage Close to Lakedistrict

Welcome to our quirky 17th Century cottage, 20 minutes south of Windermere in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The Midden is located in a rural village with plenty of walks from the doorstep and is dog friendly, with a private secure south facing garden.

The kitchen is fully equipped for your self-catering stay with fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, hob, oven, a kettle, toaster and microwave. Alternatively, 4 minutes' walk away is our local gastro pub with restaurant, bar and large garden!

The Midden is a perfect place to relax and offers a television, DVD player and high speed cable internet access.

There is one bedroom upstairs which contains a double bed, and a double sofa bed downstairs in the dining area. A travel cot is also available on request. Children and dogs are welcome but we would suggest that as the property is split level it may not be ideal for toddlers.

There is one bathroom, which has a toilet, sink and a shower with soap and shower gel provided.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay as easy as possible, along with complimentary tea, coffee and milk.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3.00 pm and check-out is 10.00 am.
- Smoking is not allowed inside, OK on patio & in south facing garden.
- There is on-site parking available at the property.
- Pets are allowed at the property, but not upstairs. Secure private garden for pets. Numerous dog walks from front door.

Windermere appx 20 mins by car. Yorkshire Dale's, Trough of Bowland, Morecambe Bay all easily accessible.
