There is also a kitchen/diner, snug with sofa bed and Smart TV, and sitting room with gas fireplace. Storage room with washing machine and iron which can be used as space for walking gear and push bikes - this excludes electric bikes or scooters. Non-enclosed front garden, and balcony terrace with furniture. Rear enclosed garden. Highchair available. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Sorry, no smoking.
