Bienvenue au Sunset Bay, l'un des plus récents complexes de condominiums d'Ocean City, dans le Maryland, sur l'île de Wight Bay, dans la 54ème rue, avec une vue sur la baie et la piscine avec bain à remous!

Profitez de la décoration de l'île tropicale de ce plan d'étage ouvert luxueux dans ce condo nouvellement construit de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain complètes Ocean City avec des planchers de céramique dans les espaces de vie, et des chambres avec moquette. Cuisine entièrement équipée, comprend une laveuse et une sécheuse et l'air et la chaleur centrale. Non-fumeur, Pas d'animaux.

La cuisine donne sur le salon avec un canapé confortable et une causeuse face à une cheminée électrique et 2 portes coulissantes avec vue sur la baie et North Ocean City.

Que diriez-vous de votre propre balcon enveloppant privé donnant sur la piscine avec vue sur la baie et l'océan? Asseyez-vous dans un Adirondack sur le balcon et vos vacances commencent!

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size, de sa propre entrée sur le balcon, de 2 placards, d'une salle de bains principale avec baignoire et douche séparée et d'une vue magnifique sur North Ocean City!

Wonderful vacation!

Property was clean and very cozy. We loved the tropical decor and the location. We've stayed at other condos in Sunset bay (2 and 3 bedrooms) all we're nice but JoAnn's had us feeling like we we're at home. JoAnn was also quick to responding to us when we needed her. The place was clean upon entering & there was everything we needed in the kitchen & other supplies that are available in case we forgot to bring. We love the balcony & the pool. Absolutely a great place!

We stayed here for the second time and it was just as great as our first stay in 2021. The location in midtown has you not far from anywhere around OCMD. The beach is only a short two block walk, with a safe crosswalk to get to and from the there. And our daily routine became three hours of beach time, followed by two hours of the condo building’s nice pool and spa tub, before getting ready to head out for some nightlife and dinner. The owner was great in staying in touch with us to ask if we needed anything, as well as advising us that we could get into the condo early on the first day we were arriving. It is a great place for a family and certainly for a middle aged couple, like we are now! I have been renting both condos and hotel rooms in OCMD for years and Sunset Bay and this condo is by far the best value I have seen. We hope to book it again in 2024! John & Nancy

Family vacation

We stayed at Sunset Bay in July 2023 with my parents and my two children (6 people total). We were in Ocean City for a dance competition at the Roland E. Powell convention centre and for a bit of a vacation as well. The location of Sunset Bay was perfect - a quick 2-5 minute drive to the convention centre, or a nice 20 minute walk. We were within a 2 minute walk to the beach across the street and very close to a number of great restaurants, activities, and stores. We rarely had to drive anywhere. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our entire family. It has a lovely wrap-around balcony with a view of the pool (which was handy to see if it was busy or not). The condo is right on the end of the building, which meant there was almost no foot-traffic in front of the unit. Parking was very convenient, the overall facility was clean and the pool was fantastic. Beds and pillows were comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms were clean, and laundry in the room was very handy. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs because the seagulls are VERY noisy - especially between 4 and 7 am. The front bedroom has blinds, but the flood lights from the condo do shine through which makes it very bright in the room. Thank you Joann for the lovely stay. Our family had a great time and hope to come back to Ocean City again in the future!

The condo was lovely. We had a few issues with the toilets, the liner in the first bathroom was moldy the tiles and bathroom floors could have been cleaner. The master bedroom bed was very uncomfortable due to the beds are old and we were sinking in two holes. Otherwise it was a nice place. Thank you so much.

Nice condo in a great location!

My friend and I enjoyed staying here for several days. Check-in was a breeze, the condo was clean and comfortable, and parking is included. The pool was a nice added bonus! The location is great - just across the street from the beach and lots of restaurants and bars nearby. We would definitely stay again!

Just Right…

After a year of Quarantine and missing the boardwalk , I was super excited to stay at Sunset Bay. Thankfully I booked in February to ensure we were able to stay there. We’ve stayed at these condos just about every summer and have never had any issues. Joanne was super easy to communicate with and answered any and all questions I had. The condo it’s self was beautiful and clean. ( really spacious balcony) My daughter definitely enjoyed the master bedroom, and the jacuzzi type bath tub was her all time favorite. Would definitely recommend for any family/beach goers. Thank you Joanne for all you’re help and hope to stay again! :)

I took a couples trip to ocean city and stayed here over a weekend in June. Our stay was exceptional! The property is very quiet and peaceful. It’s far enough north of the boardwalk that the surrounding beaches are much less crowded. The condo was very clean and comfortable, and so cozy. The included parking was great. Everything that we needed they supplied (Dishes - including cute mugs :), bed linens, extra pillows, etc. Definitely recommend!!
