Along the road that leads from the wonderful Ciolo Bay to the fascinating Santa Maria di Leuca, there is a lovely detached holiday house. The house enjoys an ornamental garden where among Salento olive trees, carob trees and Mediterranean scrub you can relax while breathing in the scents of an uncontaminated land. The star vault of the fully furnished portico offers moments of relaxation thanks to the comfortable brick seats covered with elegant cushions and where it is possible to eat whilst comfortably looking at the sea. Inside we find a large bright and air-conditioned living room with two comfortable sofas and a historic and large working fireplace, near the living room from which you can admire the sea, we have a lovely built-in kitchen equipped with every utensil and complete with oven, fridge, dishwasher and smoke and gas detector. The sleeping area is made up of three refined bedrooms, two of which are embellished with particular exposed star vaults, all double and air conditioned. The bedrooms have comfortable built-in wardrobes and are furnished with taste and design. There are two brick bathrooms equipped with every service including two showers. It is important to point out that the villa is equipped with radiators. Therefore ideal also in low season periods.
'Villa Carlotta' represents an excellent choice for those who want to admire the most fascinating part of the lower Salento in total relaxation and spend pleasant days at home with your animal friends having a beautiful completely fenced garden.. Its strategic position allows you to reach Leuca in just a few minutes or travel along the panoramic coastal road towards Castro or the beautiful Otranto. Sandy beaches 10 minutes by car. First access to the sea less than 3 km away.

In the part behind the house there is also a comfortable outdoor shower and a small room where there is a washing machine. It should be noted that the house has two free outdoor parking spaces, the windows are equipped with mosquito nets with the exception of the main entrance door.
