Villa Diodoro is an elegant and welcoming two-story ancient house located in a small hamlet in the heart of the Franciacorta. It sleeps 23 people. From Villa Diodoro you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery. Villa Diodoro is 800 square meters (8610 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, two private patios, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the heart of the small hamlet of Bornato, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 650 meters (710 yards), a grocery store at 800 meters (880 yards), the stop for the local bus at 100 meters (330 feet) and the closest beach (Iseo) at 9.3 km (roughly 5.8 miles). You will reach Villa Diodoro from the street level without having to climb any steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Diodoro. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge or for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun loungers, and it is partly shaded by tall trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the garden. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of November.

The first patio is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant porch. It is equipped with two sofas and with a table and chairs. From the patio you will have a lovely view of the garden and of the swimming pool.
Patio 2
The second patio is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant porch. It is equipped with a small sofa, two armchairs and two wrought-iron benches and with a table and chairs. From the patio you will have a pleasant view of the greenery.

The garden is 2500 square meters (27000 square feet). It is partly shaded by century-old trees.

The first living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are classic and welcoming, and include three sofas, an armchair and a desk. Here you will find a game table. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the first patio through a French door. The second living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling is high and vaulted. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming, and include a sofa and two armchairs. From the living room you will be able to enter the second patio through a French door.

The furnishings are elegant and welcoming, and include a sofa and two armchairs. From the living room you will be able to enter the second patio through two French doors.

You will be able to enter the fourth living room from the third living room. The floor is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling is high and vaulted. The furnishings are elegant, and include two sofas and two armchairs. There is an age-old and impressive fireplace. The ceiling of the dining room is vaulted. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. The two dining tables can accommodate 16 guests. From the dining room you will be able to enter the first patio through a French door. The room also has a window.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the dining room. It is very well equipped, with a eight-burner gas cooker, two electric ovens, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the first patio. The room also has two windows.

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the first living room.
