This beachside, self-catering accommodation offers its guests the
perfect getaway with everything you need at your fingertips. Situated
in the sunny suburb of Big Bay in the beautiful mother city of Cape
Town, you are located directly above the well-known Eden on the Bay
lifestyle centre which offers an array of restaurants of various
cuisines, grocery and convenience stores, clothing stores, and unique
art and decor stores. A few steps further you will be met by the
majestic beaches that go on for miles where you can spend your days
soaking up the sun.
Comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests, this 2 bedroom unit is
perfect for a family or group of friends. The open-plan design and
modern finishes create the ideal flow for comfort and convenience. The
kitchen is fully equipped and has a separate scullery area to keep any
mess out of sight. The dining area seats up to 6 guests and separates
the kitchen and lounge spaces. It will be hard to pass up the
opportunity to kick up your feet and relax in the cozy lounge area
which is fitted with a flat-screen TV. Leading out from the living area
is a gorgeous balcony with outdoor furniture overlooking the most
beautiful ocean and mountain views right on your doorstep.
The main bedroom boasts large windows allowing an abundance of natural
light in as well as spectacular views. Through the walk-in closet is
the immaculate en-suite bathroom which includes his and her basins, a
shower, a toilet and a bath. The second bedroom offers two single beds,
includes a desk area, and makes use of a shared bathroom with a shower,
basin and toilet. All linen and towels are provided and guests may make
use of the secure covered parking for your convenience.
A stay in Eden on the Bay puts you close to an exciting entertainment
district, where you can enjoy mouth-watering dishes at popular
restaurants, try cocktails at the oceanside bars, treat yourself to spa
treatments or enjoy a day of retail therapy. Bloubergstrand is also the
gateway to the amazing West Coast, a region of charming coastal towns
and the majestic West Coast National Park.
For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
