The accommodation is spacious and bright, with a large living/dining/kitchen as you first enter the property from the ornate front door.
A separate utility room gives perfect storage space and keeps the laundry out of the kitchen.
Full height and width aluminium sliding doors lead out to the large front terrace, with serene views over the landscaped gardens, infinity pool and to the sea.

Back inside, the kitchen leads into the bright hallway, with access to the 3 bedrooms and bathroom.

One of the bedrooms is used as a tv room, and doubles up as the third bedroom when necessary.

The second bedroom is bright and spacious, and includes full fitted wardrobes on one wall.

The bathroom has beautiful stone feature walls in the shower, and plenty of space as a family bathroom.

The master bedroom is a generous size, has fitted wardrobes, a good sized en-suite shower room and enjoys the same direct access out to the front terrace via full aluminium sliding doors and sea views.

Outside the bungalow benefits from lovely natural stone feature walls and is surrounded by well maintained landscaped gardens.

This great holiday villa has a huge roof terrace, set up for relaxing and entertaining, with 360 degree views to the Besparmak mountain range, and the beach cove of Crystal Bay.

If you long for the nightlife and socialising, simply walk 2 minutes to the neighbouring complex, Maldive Homes where you will find salsa dance nights, DJ nights, charity functions and many other entertaining evenings at the Califorian Restaurant. If it's the beach life you want, try the Maldive Homes beach club, a beautiful cove with natural rock formations creating the perfect safe lagoon for swimming and paddling. There you can rent a cabana or sun bed or even a hammock and order cocktails and snacks from the beach bar cafe.

For on-site activities you can choose paddle boarding and jet ski-ing from the beach club and Quad Bike safaris up in the mountains.

We provide a guide book for local activities and places to go and restaurants and bars to frequent. We do advise that you have a rentacar, as taxis in this region are available but its better to take yourself on explorations.
