Spacious self-catered accommodation in the heart of St Davids.
Enjoy the comforts of a high quality modern house, near the centre of the charming historic city of St Davids. With views of the summit of Carn Llidi from the front of the house, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, this is a wonderful place to stay in any season, for couples and families alike.
A choice of beautiful beaches are within easy reach and local shops provide everything you need. Treat yourselves to a meal out in one of the excellent cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance.
In winter the house is always warm and welcoming with underfloor heating and excellent insulation, so you can relax with a book or a film in one of the plump leather sofas.
Walkers are spoilt for choice with a variety of walks from the house taking in some of the most stunning stretches of the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. In spring and summer migratory birds and colourful wildflowers abound, and to see even more wildlife just take a boat trip to Ramsey or Skomer Island. In autumn look out for seal pups in secluded bays.
Central location. Perfect accommodation for 6 people. Parking for 2 cars. Everything you need in an immaculately clean and spacious property including comfy beds and seating.
Wonderful stay in a lovely house in the perfect location. The host had thought of so many lovely touches, providing lots of essentials and more. Only other feedback I would give is that the fence was down in the garden and it would have been good to know before we arrived with our dog, however, it did look like it had happened recently. We would definitely stay here again. Ideal location to walk into St Davidâs. Thank you for a lovely stay
Liked the location, internal layout of house, good accommodation, plenty of equipment. Convenient for town, bus stop, supermarket. Toys for grandchildren.
Parking at rear a problem when other cars around, back yard uncared for, fence falling down. Disliked recycling arrangements. There were no paper kitchen towels, few loo rolls (2 in each toilet with 6 people staying for a week), lack of T cloths and kitchen towels, no dishwasher tablets. These negative things were outweighed by positive points raised above.
Check-in was simple we contacted the owner for an earlier entry to property which was fine.Overall a pleasant stay the location was excellent all amenities within short walking distance including the must see cathedral.Minor iriitants-we were woken one windy night by a creaking and chafing which I thought came from the 2nd floor which sounded like someone in the rooms, subsequently we found that the fence with no.80 was loose and banging and grinding with garden bunker. The bottom storage fridge tray came loose and almost upset a bottle of red wine onto the floor and the handle of the crockery cupboard next to fridge almost came away otherwise fine. The underfoor heating worked well after sevrral hours and all rooms were comfortably warm.Overall satisfactory.
