On a tiny island within the estuary, you will find the ruins of Ínsua Fort, constructed in the fifteenth century to safeguard the river's entrance.

Vila Praia de Âncora, a mere 10-minute drive from the villa, unfolds its sands from the fishing port to the Âncora River, where it meets the coast after a 15-kilometer journey through the Serra de Arga hills, a captivating natural environment for hiking enthusiasts. The beach, renowned for its impressive Atlantic waves, is a haven for surfers. Moreover, this town is celebrated for its array of seafood and fresh fish restaurants.

The villa is a single-story abode that features a fully equipped modern kitchen, a spacious living and dining area with doors leading to an expansive wooden deck terrace overlooking the swimming pool and offering distant ocean views.
