Nearby, Halwell is a small village in wooded farmland equidistant from the busy little town of Kingsbridge and popular Totnes - A charming Devon town with a bustling main street and a regular market, the area boasts regular outdoor markets on Fridays and Saturdays. During the main season, between May and September, there is an Elizabethan market each Tuesday morning.
