On the ground floor is an open space filled with natural lights thanks to big windows, with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a comfortable living room. There is also a bedroom with direct access to the terrace, with a double bed and a private bathroom. The separate toilet completes the ground floor. On the first floor, two additional bedrooms are found, both with a double bed and a private bathroom in each of them. One bedroom has a balcony with a view of the greenery and the sea, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee

In front of the villa, there is a 32 m2 swimming pool where you can refresh yourself during hot summer days. Additionally, a covered area with comfortable seating and a charcoal barbecue provide an ideal space for social gatherings and relaxation.
