The 220 m² property is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is an open plan living area with a living room, dining area and kitchen. Thanks to no fewer than four wide French doors, the space is extremely airy and bright. So even from the comfort of the sofa you have a view of the surrounding hills. Throughout the room there is a beige colour scheme that adds to the airiness. With a fireplace and under-floor heating, you can be sure that this is the place to really relax and unwind. The sofa set is big enough for the whole family or a group of friends, and if you want, you can move the gathering to a wooden dining table that seats 10. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large worktop to prepare delicious meals.



The bedrooms are distributed over the storeys, 1 downstairs and the other 5 upstairs. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, and all the rooms and bathrooms have underfloor heating. Once again, the theme is one of airiness and neutral, pleasing tones. Each bedroom has French doors leading to the terrace. This allows each guest to enjoy the view from the intimacy of their own room. The rooms on the upper floor share a common covered terrace, which is furnished with several tables and chairs. The bathrooms are designed in a minimalist and modern style. Each has a shower cubicle and the bathroom on the ground floor has both a shower and bath.



The 800 m² grounds offer guests a variety of facilities, each designed to make you feel pampered and cared for during your holiday at Villa Monte. There is a heated swimming pool in front of the covered terrace, which has a large table for 10 people and a separate smaller area for relaxing. After a swim you can relax on one of the 6 sun loungers and there are 2 outdoor showers next to the pool. In the garden there is a 5-person whirlpool surrounded by greenery, and an outdoor sauna with bathroom completes the wellness area. If you would like to prepare a small feast for your family or friends, you can do so in the covered summer kitchen, where you can also use the barbecue. After dinner, have a drink in the enclosed lounge area by the swimming pool.



If you want local gems, you need go no further than Vižinada. If you're a wine lover, you'll find family-run wineries and taverns where you can taste wine, and for recreational cyclists, there's a 123-kilometre section of the renovated Parenzana Railway. If you decide to go a little further, the famous Višnjan Observatory is only a 10-minute drive away, while Novigrad and Poreč, two Istrian jewels on the Adriatic coast, are 20 minutes away.
