The open plan living space comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, sofa, and smart Tv. There are large windows bathing the apartment in natural lights, and french doors out on to the balcony. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed made up with crisp hotel linen and plenty of storage for clothes and belongings. The modern bathroom has a shower and bath, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. There are paid laundry facilities in the common space. Please be aware the property is above a bar, so there may be some background noise on some evenings.
Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the studio for the duration of their stay.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the City Centre, you are within walking distance of most major attractions and landmarks, as well as a huge array of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. There are a number of small supermarkets just around the corner from the building. Points of interest within walking distance include; Matthew Street - home to the City’s famous music venue the Cavern Club and a host of other bars and clubs, Liverpool One Shopping centre, the Liver Building, the Beatles Statue and the Royal Albert Dock - Home to a host of Galleries and Museums, including the Beatles Museum, as well as cafes, bars and restaurants overlooking the docks.
Getting Around:
As mentioned, most major attractions are within walking distance, however there are also a number of bus routes servicing the road around the corner from the building. Liverpool Central Train Station is just 10 minutes walk away.
Other Things to Note:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 2 people.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
