Stay within walking distance to everything Chichester has to offer. In fact, you’ll be on the same street as Chichester’s magnificent cathedral! This terraced townhouse has a fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, four bedrooms and a sofa to unwind after a day exploring the area.

Put your feet up with a cup of tea or cold drink on the comfy sofa. On warmer days, open up the patio doors to the courtyard.

The historic city is all within easy walking distance, with the medieval Cathedral and the ancient Roman City Walls, galleries, museums, the Festival Theatre and Chichester University. There are plenty to choose from in the way of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. The coast, with its glorious beaches and harbour creeks, is just 15 minutes drive away, and the Southdowns with numerous walks and cycle paths is the same distance. The property is also ideally placed for Goodwood events, such as Goodwood Revival and Festival of Speed.
Getting Around:
Chichester's bus and train station is a 15 minute walk away. Should you choose to arrive by car, parking is on the road either opposite or the car park in the college (charges apply) behind Westgate. The car park is around a 10 minute walk away.

★ Access to loft room★
Access to the loft road is very bedroom 1 and does not have a door. There is a curtain for privacy.
★ Office/bedroom 4 ★
The office room has a basic click clack sofa bed that is only suitable for 1 adult. Bedding is available on request.
★ PARKING ★
The property doesn’t have any allocated parking. Free road parking is available a short walk away or there are plenty of car parks in Chichester.
Chichester train station is 15 minutes walk away.
★ BEDROOMS VS LIVING SPACE ★
Although the house can sleep up to 7 guests, the living space does not cater for 7 people to dine or sit together. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We recommend booking in advance.
