Rose Cottage is situated in an elevated position just a few yards from the renowned North Coast 500 route, which follows the dramatic coastline up to the far north and across to the west. There are lovely walks close by, with nearby Loch Fleet Nature Reserve, Ben Bhraggie hill, and mountain bike trails and coastal trails all within easy reach. Golf, fishing, sailing, paddle boarding, kayaking and hill-walking are all local pastimes.
