The property includes five comfortable bedrooms furnished with quality bedding, mosquito nets, and ample storage space. With a total of six beds—comprising both double and single options—the home offers flexible sleeping arrangements to suit your group’s needs. There are three full bathrooms stocked with essentials, thoughtfully designed to accommodate groups with ease.



Inside, the spacious living areas showcase elegant décor, a large dining table, and a cozy seating area ideal for relaxing together. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a refrigerator, oven, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle, along with all the dishes, cutlery, and cooking essentials needed for preparing group meals.

» Guests must fill out a form with identity/passport information before or upon check-in.

» Late Night Check-In: for arrivals between 21:00 (9 PM) and 9:00 (9 AM) a late check-in fee of €25 will apply. This amount must be paid in cash at the time of check-in.

» Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

» If guests lock themselves out of the property or do not return the keys to the lockbox at checkout, a 50 euros fee will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80 euros fee will apply. In case our team is unable to unlock the door and there is the need for specialized assistance, additional fees will apply.

» A €300 security deposit is required to book this property. The deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
