With a rich history dating back over 2,000 years, Canterbury is perhaps best known for its iconic Canterbury Cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most important religious landmarks in the world. This stunning Gothic masterpiece, founded in 597 AD, played a significant role in the development of Christianity in England.

Set against the backdrop of the Kent countryside, Canterbury is an ideal base for exploring the Garden of England. Nearby attractions include the White Cliffs of Dover, the coastal town of Whitstable, and the picturesque village of Chilham.
Canterbury's blend of history, culture, and natural beauty makes it a captivating destination for tourists and a wonderful place to live for its residents, ensuring that this city will continue to hold a special place in the hearts of all who visit.
