Boasting excellent connections to the city centre, this alluring design-led home is situated in family-friendly Balham with its burgeoning café culture and convenient location close to the open green spaces of Wandsworth Common.
Exuding contemporary cool with its clean lines and soulful skylights, the open-plan kitchen and dining area offers an irresistibly inviting space for socialising. Vibrant accents of teal enliven this space, replete with a velvet sofa, chic island and breakfast bar, plus a lacquered dining table that luxuriates in views out towards the garden. A wine fridge, induction hub and Quooker hot tap are amongst the amenities you'll find in the fully equipped kitchen.
