The space
I'm very excited to welcome guests to my Cosy downstairs flat which I hope is the start of a memorable stay in Newcastle. My flat is in a brilliant location and only a 6 minute walk from Osbourn road which is home to a range of fantastic bars and restaurants. The flat has been thoroughly furnished with comfort in mind. I have taken great pride in sourcing quirky ornamental accents that make this home from home a memorable place to stay.
My property sleeps up to 4 guests, (one super king bed, one double bed). Jesmond is a young and vibrant part of Newcastle, it has great transport links into Newcastle City centre and also the award winning beaches of North Tyneside. The 30 minute walk into Newcastle is a very enjoyable experience and gives you a chance to explore the surrounding area.
The Property
The property is accessible via a bright yellow door, number 63 Hazelwood Avenue. This is a private entrance and leads you straight into a the central hallway. The master bedroom is at the front of the property and contains a super king size bed, as well as a desk space for either working at or getting ready for the days activities.
The second bedroom is at the rear of the property and contains a double bed and also space to store personal items. The living / dining area is also accessible from the central hallway. With two comfortable sofas, a dining table, TV and also a cupboard full of fun family favourite games, this space if perfect for everyone to relax in.
The kitchen and bathroom are both at the rear of the property. They are both good sizes and have many key amenities to make your stay at my flat comfortable and convenient. There is a private yard at the rear of the property for you to enjoy. Hopefully you arrive on a bright and sunny day and you can enjoy the outside space.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire property. It will be yours to enjoy throughout your stay. Please feel free to use all storage space provided just don't forget any items when packing before you go.
Other things to note
We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a Tesco Express or a Sainsbury's Local a 5 minute walk away.
PARKING
For the majority of the the day the parking in the street is free. However, during certain times of the day the parking is restricted to permit holders only. Sadly we cannot offer a permit at this time however we endeavour to find a way of providing a permit for all our guests in the near future. During the times when permits are required there is free parking available on the following streets.
Queen's Road, Lyndhurst Avenue, Brentwood avenue. I would also recommend searching for the following private parking options which can be pre booked before arriving.

Check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before 11am. A ÂŁ30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleanerâs schedule.
Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a ÂŁ40 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
